KFC what can I say. Most of us probably should eat less fried food but as the saying goes Kentucky Fried Chicken is Finger Lickin Good.
The chicken is really tasty but chips thick and awesome with the chicken salt.

Poor form today fkd my zinger box don’t rate stale bread half full chips SMS given the wrong sauce

This could have been an easy 5 star, but why.
️ Delicious potato and gravy, perfect depth in gravy and creamy moist potato mash
️ Fresh, light, crispy and well salted chips
️ This was the juiciest chicken I've ever had at a KFC, heaven of heaven.

️ Where is the batter? ! I had pretty much a naked chicken. The best part of KFC chicken is the crispy batter shell. Just like a flake from the fish and chip shop, that batter case around the flake is everything! I can guess either the chicken wasn't rolled in flour before being dipped in batter, so there was nothing to bind too. OR the batter was tooo thin nothing stuck to the chicken to create a batter shell. OR all the skin was taken off and nothing left to stick to. Please, tweak this part and you'll have amazing chicken!

I bought Chicken last night. Very dry and over cooked. Not fresh at all. Disappointing as I am a local and it is my go to for take out. Happened last 2 times but no more.

I was in quite a happy mood with the beginning of the drive through line, then I was greeted with quite bland voices and faces, no smiles no atmosphere and no happy greeting! I experienced nothing else like this in my life, I receive my meal with a smile, I say “thank you so much” and with my smile being removed instantly as the worker doesn’t reply at all, I know they are on $15 dollars an hour but as a customer we should be greeted and experience good customer service! Dissatisfaction and disappointment at its highest, you can do better Taylor’s hill kfc. You can. + no napkin but upset!

Nice place not quick services but food is fresh also chips, very friendly atmosphere, definitely is good for quick meal

No customer service or communication skills needed to work here just be a zombi to work at this store. When a customer is waiting to be service because their order was mucked up just turn your back pretend they are not there. When you get their attention and explain the issue they still don’t speak or say sorry we will fix this other than hand you a replacement with zombi empty look. Wonder who get the job to train these people?

Was served by Olivia and Jake in drive through and was met with professionalism, courtesy and politeness. In an industry where these things are often left by the wayside and the customer is feeling like a number being rushed through, Olivia and Jake are the stars

Dont take this review as biased, however as a black individual, this place really hits the spot! The fried chicken is soft, juicy, hot, spicy, crunchy, and suuuper tender.my mouth is watering just writing this review! As soon as i take a bite of this soft, sublime chicken, i ascend to a different place.the cotton field.i hear the sound of whips cracking and masters calling me slurs. *sighs* if only i could go back.if you guys ever consider DIVING into the black culture, y'all should really check this outt.

Walked in used the self service screen waited a few minutes and food was ready very quick and being a lover of KFC i will be back.

It depends when you go, I have had really bad quality food come out. Which looks like the bread rolls have been eaten, squashed and then served to me. Food missing and food that almost looked like it was reheated.
But I have also picked up good food with good service.

This is the only kfc that’s offer a surprise box.

Ordered twice from this store and twice they made mistake, either it’s the wrong order or it’s missing an item. Surprise.

Thanks for screwing my day, gravy was old over cooked colour of potatoes went old brown smell. Chicken was old and tasted off. Chip as usual cold and less. Never again will come here again as usual KFC! What you pay and what is advertised and shown is not what you paying for. Poor management

At least you get service with a smile here. Their restaurant is reasonably clean and food is better than any other KFC store around here. MILLION times better than the store at Taylors Lakes

Amazing service, no wait, kept relatively clean, and really nice seating area. One of the nicer KFC's you will find

Went here on numerous occasion and they blow big time, chicken is always bad, chips seem to be old and dry and for some reason don't give a box for zinger meals etc they just put thing in bags and to top it off they always out of wicked wings. Don't waste you money or time

Disgusting to see I'm still paying the same price for a burger when lettuce is replaced with cabbage due to shortage. Even the colonel is rolling around in his grave. I'm embarrassed for you.

Food is disgusting here. Smaller portions than any other KFC and not cooked fresh ar all! It’s like it was reheated chicken and the zinger fillets where like eating rubber. SAVE YOUR MONEY

No. One on my list of KFC's to go to on this side of town. Always friendly and order always correct! Great management.
