KFC Southland Mall

Went here to catch a quick bite. Using the KFC app, I took advantage of an app special, the 2 large sides. I choose the large chips and large gravy. I received large chips and a small cup of just gravy. I went to the worker and asked and they said that’s all we have. I didn’t really want to make a fuss, so I let it go. I wish the KFC management team at Southland could use some initiatives and maybe had offered something else.

Rather good KFC considering its in a mall, having a large turn over the food is more often than not really fresh unlike some places, the bread is never stale and the chips are on point also, the staff do a pretty good job dealing with so many customers, this particular store can be really fast paced and busy during rush hours.

Not sure how when i order a zinger burger and large chips, i’m served a original recipe with small chips?

Went with a friend to get a quick snack, was served by the rudest worker with the biggest attitude problem.refused to alter a meal for us, gave attitude towards everything we said and you could tell he did not want to be there.if you can’t serve with a smile, don’t work at all. 0/10.

Was at KFC and front of house staff not wearing masks appropriately. Even though signs saying Covid trained Leah serving customers and handling food with mask under her nose! Not a good look KFC

Ordered a Zinger Box and i haven't had chicken taste this good in years and i heard Marko is behind this magic so i would like to give my appreciation and love to this is man. 10/10, #Serbsdoitbest

This is not a good place to eat I ordered some wings and they gave me a fried rat! Stay away from kfc unless you like rats

Ordered a meal, the guy who served me (really nice guy but must have been new) got my order wrong. When I went back to get it corrected the girl who was handing out the orders, Abby, got annoyed at me and told me that I need to make sure that they get my order right. The guy who served me heard what she said and told her ‘sorry that was my fault’. Had to ask for napkins and a spoon for the potato and gravy, she gave me a fork. Just plain rude, I did nothing to be treated that way and I will be avoiding that store from now on

I ordered a giant feast and that chicken looked like it had been slaughtered out back and then proceeded to be put in the box. Chips were decent but damn that chicken was raw.

Ordered a delivery through menu log took and hour and 20 minutes to get here and the food was barely edible. Had a few bites and honestly think a sock id had on all day would of tasted better. Won't be eating there again.

While it’s summer, I’m enjoying the slushies especially the raspberry flavour. Plus the chips are far better than the competition. Not overladen with fat.
The wrap was fresh with a nice amount of dressing that didn’t make it too soggy.
Staff were helpful. Good parking here. Wheelchair accessible and kid friendly.

Had the wicked wings but it didn't seem to taste like normal wicked wings. It seemed like they used the original chicken batter and fried it like wicked wings.

Nice food. BUT too far from main entrance and way was too steep, it's like climbing big mountain: (

Good service but the only criticism I have is that with the docket and the drink up system KFC Southland don't do the normal system they just do it the old system which makes it more difficult for customers.

Loved the service at this store especially from one of the young female employees. She was super excited about a new addition to the menu and had me sold! Was just one of those days where I craving KFC!

Lots of shops. The parking is free if you don't stay for more than three hours. The Coles store is huge.

Just about all the customers you see queuing at KFC are grossly overweight and generally look unhealthy. It's JUNK FOOD people. Open your eyes and have a bit of self respect.

Of course the food was great like any other kfc but the staff there was horrible and when you see behind the counter it is very dirty. The staff there never smile and dont care to check how much change they have to return. I just ordered a drink so it did not take that much time. I rather go to macca's which is next to kfc.

The chicken is well cooked for how fast they get your order to you, as well as the gravy actually looking like food. Honestly my favourite KFC is Melbourne.

I don't eat here any more. Because I have become vegetarian. But from my past experiences before becoming vegetarian food was great and very delicious.
