Terrible customer service, ordered 6 tenders only get 5. Staff are very rude and they keeps talking and laughing. The worst kfc store.

I ordered the 3 pcs original box for my father and the chicken was still raw inside with blood. I told the manager and his response was this is normal when the chicken has bone inside. It is not an appropriate response from a manager. It is not the first time we eat chicken beside we do chicken at home well cooked and well fried with bones and never saw blood inside. The manager gave me another piece which is fine, but still they need to check the food.

My fave KFC, apart from the young girl who serves you without uttering a single word and communicates by simply raising one eyebrow.

I usually order online and pick up on my way out after shopping. Most time they get the order right, but when they run out of an item they tend to sub the item out for something else and won't tell you. The food is always fresh tho.
The staff are well dressed but unenthusiastic when serving.

Just your typical food court KFC. Wait time was longer than it should have been for the amount of people there, and the staff looked unenthusiastic. Food was good though. Nothing special, nothing horrible either.

Fillet Burger very average
Table at food court sticky and generally a bit grotty

In the shopping centre and I see an advertisement on a LED screen saying 6 tenders for $6.95.
Get to the counter and order the tenders, only to be told that it is for online orders only. Lol. Why advertise this in a shopping centre 20 metres from the KFC store if it's not available instore. Stupidity at its finest.

Ordered large chips three qtr full, chips were soggy, uncooked & unsalted comon kfc lift your act lost me as a customer

Jessica clark served me and she was AMAZEBALLS.give her more shifts because she was so friendly and welcoming, will only come again when jess is on shift! Jess was quick with my order and was the best employee there

Well KFC should be pretty stock standard but the customer service at this store leaves little to be desired. After ordering a family pack with no drumsticks I presented a1 previous docket for a free drink and chips which I was told I wasn't entitled to as I needed to present it at the beginning of ordering. This has never been the case before. Then on receiving my order I discovered I had only received 8 pieces of chicken instead of 9 so I went back. I was looked at like I was lying and in a huff the girl got another piece, which was a drumstick, and shoved it at me. Not a pleasant experience!

I’ve been here numerous times to give it a chance but I will not be visiting again.
Every time the chicken has been stale and cold as well as the chips, chips are always halfway full in the box and overall just not good tasting kfc. I’ll be taking extra time to visit the Highett store.
I will Not recommend this KFC store

Yummy fresh chicken. This one is in South lands food court so high turnover means lots of fresh hot chicken.

The store should have a digital number display unit. Not staff screaming the numbers out loud most other stores DO have it.get it done.the staff are nice

The order was picked up at 4.55pm and delivered at 5.30pm.
Everything is cold. Kids crying because they can't eat dinner. We have covid so can't leave the house.
We are absolutely appalled. Called the store, they handballed it to your delivery service. They offered a 30% refund for something we can't even eat. Does this seem like good customer service to you? I will be leaving honest scathing reviews everywhere. Absolutely disgusted

Had absolutely horrible incident with this KFC, ordered online but when the order arrived 1 hour later the meals were missing nuggets, chicken tenders and with a few measly fries, pictured below. When I ran to speak to the manager, she wasn’t apologetic at all, spoke to me as if I was crazy. I’ve immediately called the KFC helpline and reported the incident. The food could have possibly be eaten by the Doordash delivery person, but the KFC staff did not bother sealing the carry bag. Absolutely shameful experience run by staff that do you care about customers. That being said, I find the KFC in Highett and Ormond better run businesses.

My drink smelled and tasted like nail polish remover and when I asked for no tomato I didn’t realise that meant no sauce either.

One of the better KFC places out there. Lots of staff ensure your order is taken correctly and your order is received fast. Chips are a 'make or break' at alot of KFC's but the chips are well seasoned and pretty fresh. Can recommended this place during lunch rush.
