KFC Riverdale

Quick service and fast workers.

Arrived for the dinner rush, at 6pm Saturday night. Drive through was busy, but fortunately I made an online order. The staff were efficiently pushing out and assembling orders. Props to the back of house worker who was keeping the shelves filled up, not wasting a single second.

Ordered 10 mins ago via app.
When picking up there was a 20 mins wait for the chicken. If I had known I would have gone to opporto

The chicken hot rods were raw. I got home and realized it then unfortunately. Had to bake them again.

Ordered Go Bucket popcorn chicken for kids. Total quantity is just half a cup remaining empty. I think somebody need to teach them from other KFC branches.

Good service and wicked wings are always fresh. They are nice if you are not satisfied with your food.

We always come to this KFC even though there's another nearby, staff is always welcoming and they make the order perfect every single Time

I've been to Maccas next door. Worst I've seen. However this KFC has the best most polite staff! Also food is fresh and great!

Service was so slow my drink was already finished before I received my meal. Had to order another drink when my meal arrived food was finished before I got my drink. Then had to order another meal. Still here waiting for my food

Friendly staff, quick service, however, the twisters we ordered had rotis/wraps hard like a fisbee. Was not expecting to fight with my twister during lunch. Not so happy with the food.

Two consecutive days; 2nd Feb 2021 and then 3rd Feb 2021 - I used Drive Thru facility, food served were not fresh.

Feb 2nd: the wicked wings were cold and had a weird smell. Chips were okay. It was at 9: 11 PM - that doesn’t mean customer should get stale food.

Feb 3rd: the Zinger burger served was stone cold. The wicked wings were okay. Again, substandard food, not acceptable.

You can’t continue to serve stale, cold food to your customers. You have certainly lost me as a customer and I am putting this review for the future customers to be aware.

The chicken is amazing and food in general is fresh.

Normally I get drive through, but the app was down.
It was a Kfc emergency, I had to go in, oh noes!

The staff were standing around chatting and laughing more than wanting to take my order and serve.
My order was pretty straightforward and I was the only customer in store, so Im not sure why it took so long.

Luckily the quality of the food saved the day. Best chicken EVERRRR

Pretty good KFC. One of the better ones for the areas for quality but can often run out of sauces that you want. Have eaten from here a few times with drive-thru and Menulog orders and only had issues a few times that have either been refunded or small enough problems to not bother. Like most KFC's they still need to work on getting the sauce distribution in burgers a bit more even but at the same time I give them kudos for actually giving a decent amount of sauce unlike the others in the area.

Good quality so far and ok customer service. Terrible turnaround time.

Walked into KFC at 7.08pm 15 Jan
Kiosk were off directing to counter for orders. (Covid measure perhaps)
Only one customer ahead of me but attendant was busy with other task to service them n when he did he got too friendly n took possibly more time than required. (Looked like some friends)
I had a bad luck feeling so I placed online mobile app order at 7.14pm for just 6 wicked wings rather than risk waiting forever.
My order was only ready at 7.27pm.
Meanwhile staff were prioritizing other orders and no one served the customer next in line after me untill I was there so I can say that customer waited more than 10mins just to have his order taken.

Hope staffing n rostering is improved especially for a peak period like 7pm.

Have experienced slower service previously as well but this was the worst so far. Appears franchse owners are sacrificing service to save staffing expenses/profit margins.
