Ok place, they always miss 1 - 2 pieces for every take away, either 2 nuggets or 2 chicken from bucket etc, stressful coming home and having to count all the time: (

Worst chicken I ever bought from kfc. Chicken was too salty and oil as if its been sitting there for few days and double fried to make it look fresh. Will not recommend this place at all.

This is such a worst KFC store where I have been served.
There are some African girls working at drive through (27/11/2023 around 7: 25 PM) who are the worst, doesn't know the manner. Seems to me they are wild as their culture which is really concerning as business perspective.
Hope management will do something to serve with manner.

Would give a zero if possible! Absolutely incompetent staff, if I could give zero I would. The male manager is the most useless and has a bad attitude. Poor management filters down to the staff aswell. Staff members were more into talking than working. My advice is to stay away from this kfc. Poor service and unclean. Waited close to an hour for 2 burgers and 6 wicked wings. Only to find out there was no wings. And didn’t even bother to let me know, I had to go up and ask. Pathetic I was there on the 6th of April at around 7pm. Hopefully higher management sees this and pulls the manager on shift up. He needs to be replaced

It was 30° and the air-conditioning was not on.
My coffee was so hot it burnt the inside of my mouth and the milk was burnt. I did get it replaced with a frozen coke.

Good well cook chicken. Crunchy in every corner. Plus chicken was not soggy and smell. LOVE IT SO MUCH!

Ordered via drive through and the food that we got were cold. This happened multiple times in the last few weeks. I won’t be going back again.

This is the second time the wings and chicken have been consistently dry and chewy, wonder how ppl can eat.order taking was bad and the place looked dirty.

I was very disappointed to find a hair AND bits of glitter! In my food due to the workers wearing reindeer headbands with glitter on them. I get that it is the festive season, but I think its highly inappropriate and unprofessional for them to ignore health and safety regulations. I saw two employees on their phone and the manager was just standing there talking with them. All the girls hair was either out, or not wearing a hat / hairnet it was quite gross watching them prepare my food in the state they looked. I highly recommend the managers do their job and put their employees in place. WEAR A HAT! TIE UP YOUR HAIR. DO NOT BE WEARING GLITTER NEAR FOOD! Will most likely never come here again.

Jessie is a star at KFC, I met her while going through drive thru. I will definitely be coming back to KFC Riverdale

Ordered from drive through, food was cold. Went inside to tell the staff about cold food being provided. No apology from staff. Received replacement which was also cold again. Can't expect any worse service than this.

The chicken was not cooked.
Even the tenders were soggy.
Also they gave us food after 40 mins of ordering.
No proper response as well.
Very disappointed with the service and food.

Sunday night 8 30 pm took food through drive thru we came back home when we opened food it was taste less and undercooked. When we took the first bite it was frozen. When we went back to the store to show them the manager a childish girl with no sense to customer service said without looking put it in bin and said I can’t refund take 1 burger. We left without any food and thank you guys for ruining our dinner tonight. Hats off to such managers.

Worst KFC branch in Riverdale.
A month ago my order is incomplete and had to go back to claim it. Today i bought zinger box and got zinger burger without chicken AMAZING.

Ordered giant family box drive through came home we all set down to enjoy late lunch until my grandson started eating his drumstick and as he has his first bite a hair came out and immediately he was turned off eating, rang the manager Roselyn to complain after the disappointment and all she could help with is replacing only four pieces of chicken I refused the offer and did respond we no longer will be returning ever again.
Very bad service. And hygiene

Ordered the new burger no corn chips 0n it no one to take our order so we stuffed up the order asked the staff member what we had ordered she said well that's what you ordered over young kids additudes

Such a nice group of people working at KFC Riverdale. They really know customer service and the food has always been great

This is the best kfc I have ever eaten from and I am
So glad that they’re my local kfc. We’ve been numerous times and the service is always quick and the food is always fresh. The staff are the best as well. Whoever manages this kfc needs a raise because it is the reason why we keep coming back. The staff on the afternoon shift on Fridays specifically 7pm are always on point! Impressed

Their food is good but the rating is moreso for their customer service. Unlike their neighbours Mc Donald’s the workers here are way more friendly and polite. A lot of them actually seem genuinely happy when serving you.
