KFC Ringwood

I've been to quite a few KFCs and this one is always consistently the best, they almost always have perfectly salted chips and amazing chicken:)

I don't get fast food often but I must say I was pleasantly surprised at this visit. Both chicken an chips were hot and crispy and salad on my twister seemed like it was fresh from the farm. I hope this trend continues.

We have visited many KFC restaurants over the years but love it here in Ringwood. The chicken pieces are cooked just right, not too dry nor small. We usually order using the app where the deals are great, and pick up is no fuss on arrival.

Was so happy that KFC had chicken and that I was able to get in out before curfew set in. Ordering through the app was seamless, but they didn't have all the cuts available when I arrived but it was a quick 5 minute wait. I should have checked the contents of the bag as they forgot to include the supercharged dips. Also, it would be great if all the different outlets had the same policy when it comes to feedback rewards. I usually go to the Mooroolbark KFC as they give a large drink and chips with a family meal. At this KFC they only gave a can and medium chips. Unfortunately Mooroolbark is outside the 5km radius for me. Overall the chicken was great going in and can't complain too much!

Thier first priority is the drive through and all the online food ordering services. Forget about getting a good service on time if you are a walk in customer. Literally takes 25 minutes to get a zinger box.

Had nothing but positive experiences at this location, the service is consistently great in comparison to other stores and the chips are always fresh and well salted!

Kfc Ringwood has never disappointed, their chicken always tastes better then other stores in the area.

Always juice chicken, never felt too badly oil, understand can't keep all chicken cook with new oil, but most other KFC too bad.

Perfect.
Piping hot chicken with a crunchy spicy coating then chips just spot on, hot and perfectly seasoned? With a fresh potato and gravy to dip it all in and a ice cold? Pepsi max to cut through it all. And, in the fastest time in drive through I've ever had.

With service and food like that, it reminded me why I bypass other kfc's and go straight here. Delicious, comfort soul food without a doubt. Congratulations, you all should be commended and recognised for your exceptional work.

Worst service for a chain restaurant ever waited up to 10 minutes for counter service while they poured everything into the drive through. By time we got our food there was 6 others waiting to be served,

I did an online order and checked it in when I walked inside and sat down and they didn't put it together until 10 minutes later when I went up and asked at the counter, despite being the only ones in there. They told us to come up and tell them we're waiting for the online order when we come in, which kind of defeats the purpose of doing it online and checking in? After all this they forgot our sauce.

Left one kids meal off our order and we didn't realise until we got home. Was eventually replaced but the travel to go back to the store to get the missing items was not worth the hassle.staff should be more on the ball

Was understaffed for the very busy time. Took 25min before I could get to even place an order in store.

Waited 15 minutes to be served. Burger was fine however chicken pieces where horrilbe and not fresh, potato & gravy was old, half full and had next to no potato in it. Will not be returning.

Enjoyed the 24 chicken nuggets for $10. Staff was friendly and when they were short of 2 pcs if nuggets they substituted 2 chicken tenderloins. Very nice of them.

Staff at this KFC always forget items and never provide napkins or spoons. Every time I have been there has been a mistake in my order. The worst part is they never apologise for their mistake even though they are being asked nicely. Quite a few times I have had to drive through again to get the correct order. Always double check everything before you drive away.

Waited 20mins and couldn't get the meal I ordered. Ended up with a twister that I couldn't eat as the wrap was so dry and hard it was like cardboard.

No place for children the place is dirty and no area for kids to play. Otherwise I'd say its not a bad fast food place for adults to eat, but prefer takeaway due to its uncleanliness.

Not the best service, I have ordered many times and have been asked to wait in the waiting bay and a few times I have waited approximately 15 minutes and when I go inside to see what the problem is they have told me they've "forgotten my order" and ask what my order was
