KFC Ringwood

Hire people who actually have some customer facing experience. Or at least acknowledgement of customers who walk in. Waiting for over half an hour to pick up an online order is not acceptable by any means.

After waiting to pick up the food, I arrive home to find a terrible wrap. Where is the care and attention of a fast food place? The chips are cold and I live no more than 4kms away! The salad looks older than my great grandma’s skin, under her arm! Come on KFC Ringwood. Up your game or hire some competent staff.

I had low expectations but spending the night on the loo wasn’t part of that.
Surely deep frying chicken should kill off whatever.
Did notice the lettuce had a smell though

I don’t know who managers this place but it’s a joke every time I go. It can’t be that hard to put an order together and get it right, every time there’s something missing or wrong!

I gotta stop ordering from these people. The deliveries have also got missing items! Extremely annoying.

Worst KFC ever. Chips were stale and Chicken was way to oily. I won’t go there ever again.

Restaurant is dirty, hairs on tables, tables not wiped properly. Gross. Makes me wonder what the kitchen hygiene is like if you can’t keep Front of house tidy for everyone to see.

This kfc is one of the only kfcs ever it feels like that actually salts their chips properly.also made my day to see the workers having a chat and a laugh amongst them, great to see it’s a positive friendly work environment!

My experience with KFC ringwood tonight was very unfortunate. Having to wait 30 minutes In drive thru to then being parked for a further 25 minutes. I had to then go in to the store because they gave the order to another customer. After all this, they still managed to get the order wrong, no salt on the chips not a good experience at all. Sad to see there is no care for good customer experience anymore.

Got 20 pcs of wicked wings for a quick dinner plan, the taste is great and nicely cooked. Timely served during their rush hours. The team are well organised. Well done.

It was really busy on Friday at dinner time. I recommend to order on KFC apps and pick up inside the store instead or waiting in drive through

When their own staff ask each other a question like "where are the burgers" And the other staff member responds with a simple shrug you know your gonna have a bad time. I think if the owner hired snails to do the job you'd get your meal faster. And don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of slacking off but these guys take it to a whole new level!

Great food but employee had earpiece in ear and when we asked for ketchup she put napkins in the bag

Car line up started on the highway. Went through in 16min. Fairly good effort considering cars in driveway and as many people inside shop.

Ordered 4 meals and one complete meal was missing when delivered. All other meals were cold. When called was told you have to reorder and given refund. The one child was not happy. Don’t ever get KFC delivered using their app.

It's 3pm on a Tuesday, the place is dead. There isn't a clean table in the joint. Floors are disgusting and so is the counter. Most unhygienic fast food establishment I've ever seen. Staff stand around chatting and laughing instead of doing work.

Food and service we're of good standard.
Unfortunately restroom absolutely filthy.
To make matters worse, no toilet paper available in cubicle.
Can't understand why restroom has to be so cramped.
How about creating unisex toilets!

Constantly need to check takeaway bag for order. However, they tend to upsize if they forget anything

Always gets my order significantly wrong, ordered double tender burger and got a crunch wrap yesterday. Disappointing given I hate the coleslaw and didn’t want a wrap. Food quality is normally good and service is mediocre given the day, however I can’t look over the fact 9/10 times I’ll get the wrong order

Just got ripped off tonight by incompetent stuff. I was charged as a full piece.check your order every time guys.

Best KFC in the area. I live in Kilsyth and go out of my way to drive to this location because 9 times out of 10 the food is great. Friendly staff as well!
