Disgusting! Do not even bother.
Tables, chairs and counter were all dirty and covered in leftover old food, our order was wrong, food was so dry and just disgusting it seemed to be old and we couldn't even eat much of it, bin was leaking and making a mess all over the floor, the eating areas were just filthy. Seriously nothing nice to say about this kfc at all!

Wow. How slow. Not busy so expect faster prep. Wife managed to order, receive and eat Mecca's and I am still waiting over 20 minutes
Do yourself and get Mecca's or keep going.

The girl that served us was lovely and had very good customer service and the food was as expected, extra salt in the chips as requested, the rating is due to seeing a young teenage boy with long-ish hair not in a hair net (but wearing a hat) putting bacon onto the baking trays with bare hands which was gross apart from that, overall ok

This place is out of control. I'm a truckie tryna stop for a quick meal. I'd understand if the place is busy and people piling up.but there was 1 person who ordered and I'm waiting to be served.everyone walking around the till and no one stopping to take my order nearly 8 minutes.am I supposed to eat or wait to order.this place is ridiculous

Complete chaos
Placed order at kiosk as staff is too busy prioritising drive thru. Kiosk credit card machine don’t work and no option to pay at counter. All we could do was to redo entire order on another kiosk. Ok Order placed with approx. 10 in front of us. Still took them 25min to get a wrong order out
Just had to take this as it can take another 25min to fix my takeaway
Looks like the staff lost control over the order s in kitchen as half packed meals fill the counter and staff try snd work out what belongs to what order
Worst part was seeing a staff member dropping the tongs on the floor and just put it back on the serving area to be used again. Very bad experience

We ordered our meal with door dash delivery. Our meals arrived with a note inside explaining what was missing and why and also what it had been replaced with. It was really lovely for someone to take the time to write that note. Our meal was lovely and hot and very enjoyable. Thankyou.

Absolutely horrible service, so slow it took 15 mins for one twister. A lot of people were coming up about wrong items given. Could see my twister just sitting there.

Nothing more infuriating than finding out a store is out of water. It's not hard. So this place took full price for a meal without a drink

Shoulda got McDonald's.
Out of popcorn chicken, replaced with tender, out of potatoes and gravy, replaced with just gravy, said they would give me large chips, just hot a regular.
Gave me wrong drink.

Unprofessional staff i have ever seen
When ever I go to this restaurant, they always run out of chicken. Meanwhile they only sell chicken.

The food was fantastic, hot, fresh and definitely one of the best KFC. The bathrooms are super clean. I don't get why other people are complaining. Maybe in the past they were bad. My experience was fantastic!

Total waste of $6.95.
Ordered a 4 piece pack for $6.95.3 out of the 4 pieces were dried up inedible wings. Chips were so cold.

A tip, ask how long ago the chicken was cooked, any longer than 30 minutes it will be dry, only edable if your starving.

Fast service, fresh food, clean venue - but there were no serviettes or hand wipes in the food box. There's plenty of parking and, as I drove away I saw there's a drive through. Public toilets Street inside and lots of snacks and other food in the petrol station shop, McDonald's and I think Oppo.

First and last time I will order from here. Got a twister and it had a bone in it. I almost chipped a tooth.

Worst KFC ever. There was so much salt on the chips I couldn’t eat them, even after trying to scrape most of it off. Plus they were cold. The chicken tasted strange, maybe off, potato and gravy and popcorn chicken no good either. 5 of us tried to open the bottle of Pepsi (which had teeth marks on it, maybe someone else couldn’t open it and returned it). I had to force it open with a knife. It’s turned me off KFC completely.

Great new store, staff are very friendly. Great spot to refuel with food on the way to the Peninsula.

Just waited my whole lunch hour to get my order which by the time they got to it they couldn’t even give me what I ordered! Half an hr 3 staff that I could see one was that frazzled she was just throwing stuff in bags and boxes not giving a care at all and the place was busy I’m absolutely disgusted that I had to wait half an hour for a simple meal only to not have what I wanted, nearly made her give me a refund but that would have taken another half an hour! Fair to say I’m not happy and still hungry!

Ordered online for delivery, took ages and then forgot over half the stuff in the order and the food the actually remembered was not the correct sizing. Extremely disappointed
