39 I came in around 7: 30pm on a week night. Was told there was a 30 minute wait on burgers due to them running out and needing to prepare more chicken. When asked if they had more chicken being prepared we were told that there wasn’t any in now but they would put some in if a customer wanted to wait the 30 minutes. They had 2.5 hours of open time to go, the odds, I reckon are that someone in that time would most likely order some chicken, after all it is KFC and not a Bunnings. I wonder if the owner of this franchise is aware of this happening?
At least 4 other people decided not to wait the 30 minutes when they placed their order. Seems like the staff either have a beef with the owner/KFC management or they just don’t give a Fat Flying thingy.
I reckon I’ll give this store a miss from now on.
First time at this store. Waited 10 minutes before being told that there was a 13 delay on original recipe chicken. 20 minutes later we were on our way. Could have cooked it myself in the air fryer in less time.
Their fried chicken is at their par standard of goodness taste. The different between all KFC franchise in the world is their level of service. Maybe the one who attend to us is a new chap/new crew. All alone by herself. Keep it up Teya.
Making a review solely because of the 1 hour wait time for a small meal order. Was told 10 extra minutes 3 times, and had rude customer service by the manager, rest of staff were friendly and assuring. They were turning customers away because of no stock remaining. Won’t be coming back and warn anyone who wants to go there to find a different one
Ordered today 6: 30pm. Missing items. Chicken wings. Understand was busy. But won’t come back anymore.
Have ordered via KFC app 3 times now 1 hour later call us and say no chicken or burgers left had to cancel order and wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back never again
The Colonel stood for a lot of questionable things, but I'm sure slow service was not one of them. The franchise owner needs to hire more staff.
This post is specific for the dark-skinned employee working on the 18/03/2023 at 7: 20PM. He is the only employee working at the front counter at this time. I waited 30 minutes to make an order. He did not approach me in any way to warn the long wait time.
I ended up leaving and ordered at maccas nearby and it only took 2 minutes.
Pulled into KFC on the way back from Mornington, delicious chicken fillet burger with bacon and cheese
They made us wait then bloody gave our food away to the wrong person.then ran after the person and had to get it back.they ate our chips tho and we had to wait longer again.beyond useless
The chicken was tough, dry and curiously dark brown on the outside. The potatoes mash with gravy is inedible - watery with a weird taste. The tables were all dirty. Not recommended.
Absolute gag! Not for the first time (my own stupidity for coming back) Im waiting over 45 minutes in the drive thru. Never as long as I live will I do that again. Rather try hunting one of the local bin chickens and cooking it myself.
Unprofessional staff or manager (whoever is responsible) waited for an order for aprox an hour, big businesses don’t care.
So it turns out this is aparently the inbound store not the outbound. I ordered online and only found out after waiting 10 minutes that im on the wrong side
Waited 25mins for our order to then be told there’s a huge backlog and our order hadn’t even made it to their second screen yet.
Had to get a refund and went to McDonald’s instead.
Not sure why they were still accepting new orders when they had such a backlog already.
When dinner was a disaster, thank the Lord for penlink KFC.

On the 2/06/2022 at 11: 22 I made a KFC order (Order 4770), I arrived at KFC Frankston South, I order it in the carpark via the app and it sent my order KFC penlink outbound. I went inside and wait 15 minutes for my order, I then spoke to the manger about the delay and showed her my order, she told me I was in the wrong store, I immediately calledKFC penlink outbound and told the manger what happened and cancel my order, he told me it would take about three days to receive the refund, I then order the same thing and got my order (Order 9152) at KFC Frankston South I again waited 10-15 minutes.
I never got the refund, I even had my card decline a few times as it was max out, also really annoying how much time has been wasted on this.
Had chicken tenders and chips. Very nicely cooked and tasted great. The chips were a bit limp and not very hot this visit.
Really poor customer service, we went back around twice through drive through as they forgot half of our meal and ends up they didn’t give us the right burgers which we paid $6 extra for.
Poor. Needs improvement. Workers didn’t care.
I paid $19 for a zinger box, they didn't have wicked wings or tenders, or the iced tea that I ordered and paid extra for. Was not offered a refund, was only given extra fries instead of wicked wings.under staffed and under stocked. Not happy!
