22Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes no one answered, so went inside, small understaffed kids seemed to have no idea what was going on. Maybe was a one off but Will avoid this one in future.
This is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to. While I waited 45 minutes for my simple order, three people in front of me demanded refunds because their orders simply hadn't come. It honestly wasn't a very busy time either (8 p.m. On a Monday night). The indifferent teenage staff hid in the kitchen seemingly doing nothing, no manager to be found. The tables were absolutely filthy as well. My order disappeared from their list and after 45 minutes of waiting, I was told that I couldn't have what I ordered because one of the cooks had just decided to 'go home'. Nobody seemed to know or care what was going on. On the one hand I feel sorry for the staff, but after seeing the incompetent children working here, I wonder if it may be their own fault for not caring about anything and not bothering to try. When (part of) my food did arrive, it was soggy and half cold, with no cutlery or serviettes provided. The girl who served me was nice, but even she got everything wrong and seemed to have no clue what was going on.
I ordered a Zinger crunch bowl which is supposed to have corn chips - what I got was half a dozen fragments of stale, chewy crumbs.
Avoid this place at all costs!
