KFC Penlink Inbound

Honestly, it is the worst KFC I've ever been too. No Drive through service, couldn't have a zinger box, because there was no potato and gravy or chicken pieces, what KFC doesn't have chicken, seriously. The management need to take a hard look at this store and find out what is going on.

I don't want to be a Karen but, we waited for 50 minutes, received food which was cold and incorrect. Spent $60 for them to mess the order up and they are very rude.
Large chip boxes were half full and not salted, we had asked for extra salt and no sauces in bag.
How hard is it not to mess it up?

Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and watched the orders being handed out without so much as a hello from staff. The only way to order is via electronic screen apparently. Very poor service. Restaurant was unclean with empty food boxes and dirty tables that hadn't been wiped in a while

KFC that dont have fried chicken do exist. Empty chicken shelves. Unbelievable!
Very dirty outlet, rubbish bins are full and overlflow on the floor. Staff don't care.
Why even bother to open the shop?

Hopeless. They run off and hide in the office soon as they see a customer coming and they never have any chicken!

Really good quality KFC! The staff are always nice even if it's busy or if they're having what must be a stressful time when certain items are out of stock.
Very good place to stop after work on the way home or just after getting fuel~

We visited KFC last night on our way home from the mornington peninsula. We were informed that the fryer had just died so all they had were wicked wings and Popcorn chicken. I purchased 2 serves of wicked wings for my boys which were inedible as they were so dry. We threw out most of those. My 10 year old daughter had Popcorn chicken and 2 hours later was vomiting non stop with food poisoning. I sincerely hope that KFC addresses these issues promptly and takes measures to improve their food quality and safety protocols.

Literally every time I’ve been here there’s been a problem. System down, no chicken, no burgers, no staff, or just closed.

I used to work here in 2022 and I hated getting managed by someone who was still doing uni and had the brain capacity of a 2 year old.

Chicken was extremely burnt and a very small piece of meat was given, did not have lettuce but instead a bizarre salad mix that overpowered the burger which they did not tell you about. Was given the wrong drink and was made to look like I was causing a hassle for the right one. On top of that no napkins given. Worst KFC experience ever

1 star is generous in my opinion so if I had the option to give none, I would. This store deserves to have a 0/5 star score. We went through the drive through and waited quite a bit of time before we were greeted, when greeted we were told they were out of a bunch of stuff but we had made an online order. The young guy said oh yeah no worries there will be a ‘6 min wait’, can you please park and I’ll bring the food out. When we arrived it was 7: 09pm so therefore the food should of been ready at 7: 15pm however it wasn’t, so we waited until 7: 30pm. No one came out and therefore we drove back around: young boy said he hadn’t made the twisters and would make them now. So we waited another 10 mins, then we didn’t get any chicken. So we sat until he came back to the window and said ‘oh yeah, all I have is nuggets’ I’m like okay, can we please have those. Which he should of done already and then let us know at the window. Lots of things were buzzing in the back and I can only assume this young male was working by himself and that made it very difficult. Food was even served cold, instructions missed. Bread on the twisters was stale on the outside and had minimum filling. But by far the worst kfc I’ve ever been too and I will not be returning at all. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Q

Great through the drive through, just check your bag for the sauces if ordered, sadly my wife never got her sauce for her tenders

I wish I could go into minus stars, place was disgusting, wrappers everywhere. I went to drive thru and the told me they couldn’t take my order and to please come inside where they will take my order at the counter. I waited 10 minutes, no one came to the counter. I took my money and went to maccas next door. L store

Lucas was absolutely sensational, he had a trainee badge on as was all on his own on the front counter and did an amazing job under the pressure he was under. I think it was only like his 7th shift as I asked him but he was so cool and calm under the pressure!

No other customers around, waited 10min to be served due to employee restocking slushie lids.right in front of me. Long wait on food, undercooked chips, overcooked meat. Terrible.

Served by ethan, was super rude and acted like i was stupid for ordering a b&c zinger with a tender in it, good chicken though,

We were the only ones in the drive thru and were asked to wait in the waiting bay even though there was nobody behind us, for the time it took them to finish our order you would have thought everything would've looked like the photo board, but no. My burger looked like someone had sat on it, and my wife's twister had so much mayo in it that it poured constantly out the bottom and she couldn't finish it due to it being so soggy.

Absolutely avoid at peak times, the food took 1hr to be served and because they now use auto terminals to take order u dont know wait time until they already have u money and u are in the queue. They should implement an alert before u pay if the expected wait time is over 15min

Jess the manager was very nice and helpful about our miss understanding and Handled our frustration very well
