Don’t recommend on a hot day because if honestly felt like the coolers were not on but the customer service was good

Every time i come here they mess my order up.
Come on pull up its beyond a joke.
They should be shut down.

After a long drive decided to get kfc and take to motel room. Dining area was dirty. Considering how busy it was my food came fast. But it was cold, overcooked and the chicken tasted like it was cooked with fish. Was too tired to
take it back. Now I know why I don't eat it often.

Hit and miss on the quality that you receive. 1/3 times it's good, otherwise something is stale or sitting too long.

While they were very busy they gave us an accurate wait time for our food. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Staff very swift and polite.

All tables were dirty, female bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, service was okay food was okay but very dirty to eat in.

Every time I've gone to this kfc the people behind the window are on their phones, joking around and not focussing on the customer, I've had them forget items many many times.

Food was ok. But the place needed a good clean inside and out. For a place that had opened up at 1030 am and we got in there at 1215 or so. It looked like it had not been cleaned bins were full. Not a good look and I'm a local. Imagine what visitors think.

Love the chicken. Just the staff need a proper training on attention to details as they always makes mistake and staff should always clean the tables, chairs and SWEEPS the floor every 15 or 30 minutes. They are all hidding behind the counter. Toilet always stinks and can even smell in the dining area.

Nice and fresh chicken. Just wondering why they are not using plastic trays for serving instead of all that cardboard waste?

This store is an absolute disgrace to the KFC franchise. Lettuce was putrid, tables were disgusting, employees were useless and a leaking pipe in the amenities. I am surprised this store is legally allowed to operate.

KFC is KFC is KFC what can be said, only went through drive through so don't know much about shop internal nor staff really. What we did get was fine.

It's KFC, so it's good chicken. Could do with some improvements on order processing and staff communication but otherwise it's great. Just be prepared to wait.

Food was greasy no salt on my soggy chips and the restroom was shocking not very clean restaurant. Will never return to the store

Dirtiest KFC ever. Horrifying. Not one clean table. I asked attendant if one could be cleaned and was ignored. I then asked for bosses attention. He was a rude individual sitting out the back drinking his milk and when he finally came out told me he had someone on to it. We are now finished and still no cleaner.

I went here Tuesday night, against my better judgement, only to be totally disappointed again. They had run out of lettuce, however said they’d make everything the same minus lettuce. I don’t know how a fast food place runs out of a main ingredient so often. I got home and my twister was nothing but over cooked chicken in dirty oil and a bit of sauce slapped in a wrap. No tomato, no other ingredients-nothing else. Same went for the zinger burger. They also forgot our S&S sauce. Running out of lettuce is one thing but to offer food of such low quality is a joke. I will never go back. Yuck!

Ok food, customer service was terrible as well as the restaurant. Stuffed up our order then rolled there eyes when we complained. Then proceeded to open our burger with their bare hands.

I wont lie, KFC is my all time favourite takeaway, however, the last 4 or 5 times we have visited has been a total let down, even making my husband say he never wants to go there again. We visit the Mildura 15th store and the last times we have visited there, the Chicken was dripping in grease our potato and gravy was so running you could literally pour into a jug (which we did) the crispy strips are about one cm wide in size and the popcorn chicken is all coating and no chicken. We ordered a Street wise feast and got 3 wings, 3 drumsticks and 2 thighs. And I cannot count how many times we have gotten the wrong sauces or none at all. The services is friendly enough but seriously someone needs to be checking these orders. We always go through the drive through because the restaurant area is always messy with tables not cleaned. I have worked in fast food before and I understand it challenges but this standard really need to be picked up or you will loose a long time loyal customer. I really hope someone reads these reviews and acts on them. Thanks,

We walked in and were the only ones at the counter, after telling the person taking our order 4 times, then explaining it again piece by piece she still got the drinks wrong. I went to the bathroom which looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a week, the order was ready. We decided to eat outside (our mistake) the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week or two. The food itself was typical (yummy). I will never again step foot in this KFC, we have driven down from the gold coast, and this is the worst experience we have had yet.

Store was a disgrace rubbish everywhere staff slumping around behind the counter. Took 10 min to get my order then they said they didnt have any potato and gravy
