KFC Mildura

Ordered using the instore app. Was very fast and everything I ordered was in the bag. Staff service at the time were helpful and friendly.

Absolutely revolting.
Food was cold, old and revolting.
Not sure why they would serve us this rubbish when they would not even eat it themselves.
Last time I spend my hard money on this garbage.

As KFC's go, it wasn't busy. Tables not cleaned. Very hard to understand the staff as they spoke too fast, as if that makes the food get out quicker. Bought 2 of the same meals. Totally different in appearance, size and quantity and quality of servings. Big enough meal area is a plus.

Dishonest. Plainly and simply dishonest.

I ordered a 21-piece bucket, asking whether it would be possible to get it without breast or rib pieces. The server assured me that it would be fine. Swiped my card and paid.

The girl boxing my chicken then said for 21 pieces there must be a mix. M6 response: In that case, refund my purchase, you should have said so when I ordered.

A bit of back and forth between the staff member who took my order and the one who was boxing my chicken. I was then assured by both that it was sorted, and that I would receive "21 pieces bucket, no rib or breast pieces".

Got home, opened my bucket - 5 pieces right at the very top of my order WERE ALL RIB PIECES.

Bunch of liars, lied straight to my face in-store. Will never be back to this branch again.

I ordered 8pcs chicken + 4pcs, but I only got 8pcs. My friend ordered 10pcs, only got 7pcs.

Food OK. Same as every KFC.
Dirty place. Rude staff, even more with immigrants and low-income customers.

Girl took my order, some on the order board had name's, others just numbers and because she hadn't taken my name i assumed one of the numbered ones was mine, until people who placed their order after mine started collecting their meal, did i realise something was up, approached the register to find another staff member manning the till and the discovery that no order had been placed. So after traveling from Adelaide to Mildura around five hours my tea took around forty minutes to obtain, and at no point did anyone ask why i was loitering around the collection point for so long, and no apology was offered after i explained what had happened. Not impressed, think I'll try some other takeaway next time I'm in Mildura

Check your order before you leave the drive through, I had the rudest little cow passing over the food, when I politely asked if she had put the sause in the bag she proceeded to throw the little sauce tubs into my van then slammed her window closed without a single word! And on top of that I got home and found that she didn't even put the burger I ordered in the bag! I wish I could give zero stars that this place deserves.

This is the most " Disgusting " KFC I have ever been to! It was filthy! I knew the river was flooding but I didn't realise it could come up so high.when I went to the bathroom it was flooding in there too! As for the eating area, there was enough food on the floor to feed all of Mildura! When I got my meal there was enough grease on the outside of my potato and gravy box to grease my cv truck crane! When it was time to leave I was lucky to get out the door with my shoes on, the floors were sticky enough to open a glue factory! Come on guys, if this place was in a third world country you might get away with it.might! But Australia.

Toilet smelled disgusting.

Food wasn't nice. One of the worst I have eaten in a while. Tasted like the chips have sat in the tray for a long time, popcorn chicken was under whelming and so was the fillet burger. Stood waiting to order for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there.

I just ordered chicken wings 10 pieces. It was not fresh and felt little soggy. I really disappointed. Its happened second time with me. It seems pretty consistent that quality of food is not good

Walked in looked how dirty the floor was tables not clean. Walked out could not possibly buy anything. The worst KFC l have seen.

They need to improve on the cleaning and the work ethics, I've been coming here to pick up orders and the place is usually not in a great shape or there is so much rubbish inside the store and outside the store. The chicken shouldn't be stacked on one another and the staff should be more Kinder to deliver drivers because lately they act like we are there best friends or something. Not being a negative downer but the KFC back where it originally was in 2006 was a lot better then what it is now and it's saying a lot about the place. I hope they could be a lot better with staff and training etc but they have failed in doing so. This review won't impact the business at all but Im only giving suggestions. Plus the worse star rating a place gets the less customers it tends to get.

For some reason the Original Tenders box wasn't available to order through the touchscreen menu what the frick guys, I don't wanna talk to people

After 17 years I have perfected the KFC recipe at home. So I don't have to go here anymore. Now I just need to perfect the potato and gravy

Placed a order for delivery and when food arrived it was missing some of our order. Called the store and they told us there was nothing they could do unless we came in to the store. What’s the point of paying for delivery if you have to come in. Bloody hopeless service. No wonder more people go to the Irymple store.

Omg what a dirty KFC. Carpark rubbish everywhere and toilets a disgrace and try and find the manager and he took off out the back
Place needs a good clean up starting with the Manager

Food was fine, the bathroom was very unclean, as they have no time to clean them, apparently, not a good experiance, as far as wanting a hygenically clean rest room goes, it was very poor, and always is every time, not great in a time in covid 19 when things are meant to be cleaned,

2 weeks later nothing changed, still to busy, short staffed, covid, ect, ect,
is it to much to ask for a clean rest room
please, every other busy place in town can do it exept for this store, its a simple and reasonable request as a paying customer

Got menulog! The food that I got was unfit for human consumption! I ended up going up to deakin ave KFC to sort it, manager hid out the back and made a young fella sort it wich he did with fresh produce! Can't believe the quality of food that the MANAGER! Let's come out of there, will never ever get food from here again! Other end of town KFC is lot's better!

It's KFC, so it's good chicken. Could do with some improvements on order processing and staff communication but otherwise it's great. Just be prepared to wait.

Update: still good food, things have improved in terms of ordering as I haven't experienced any issues for a while.
