Brilliantly cooked loved all of what I ordered only things wrong is the chips were seconds from being perfect and the twisters were packed with to much lettuce But brilliant for everything else also the chips stayed hot for longer then 5 mins thats a bonus

Ordered popcorn chicken. When I started eating it I found very little popcorn chicken in it. It was like they had cleaned the oven and scrapped bits of cooked batter into my order

Stay away from this place i threw up 8 times just had tenders box a bug is going around i asume from outta town people flooding into horsham vomit and diareha

Food was excellent, we were there at 2.30pm and the food was fresh cooked and hot. Male toilet was spotless, female not clean.

Didn't have to wait long for our food but we didn't get the utensils nor any of our dip. Went back to ask for them but the staff member at the counter just could not solve the problem. Nice gentleman out the back came out, apologies and was quick to get us the dips and utensils. Chicken was dry and the skin was kinda flavourless. A bit below standard of all the other KFC in Adelaide and Melbourne. Biggest downside was the place was filthy.

Usually the food is alright but really disappointed today with the staff. I ordered 5 different box meals and each & every meal had something missing and had to walk up to the counter 5 times for a wrong order given to us. The food dropped caz the box wasn’t closed properly and $16 waste of money. Really disappointed with the customer service & they should concentrate more on preparing meals than discussing anything out of work zone.

Edited to say just gave it another go right now and the girl serving in drive through was extremely rude wasn't interested in being there either

Spent 27min in the drive thru que.
Locked in unable to divert. No explanation of why the long delay.

I ordered 3 piece meal without the can of softdrink I was offered something else in exchange which I agreed to only to discover I never received it and the box my food was in fell apart in the carpark. Not impressed

The chicken was fantastic, the restaurant was disgusting, the roof was leaking in several places, the floor was grotty, all of the tables and chairs were filthy and looked as though they hadn't been wiped down for hours.

I love KFC (who doesn't lol) the food here is great BUT! The service is way below standard the drive thru is shockingly slow, I might be wrong but it seems like they only start to prepare your order when you get to the last window and not when you have paid for it, if there are 4-5 cars in front of you expect to wait 10-20 mins even if you order online. I have stopped using drive thru completely now as it takes too long.
I always order online now and go instore to pick up, now I only have to wait 5-10 mins (still pretty bad I know) except for my last visit on Saturday I put my order in at 6: 51pm (I was already at the store when I ordered) and received it at 7: 15.

In the time I was waiting 5 customers had returned to complain about being left short or given the wrong order.
I got my order (giant feast +maxi popcorn chkn) and drove home only to find I had also been left short 18 nuggets, so had to drive back and collect them.

So if you go to this kfc double check your food before leaving and avoid the drive thru.

Staff here are absolutely lovely. Close to apex park so the kids can have a play after eating. (The parks divine too def worth the visit.) Store is clean and white handy to the main Street. Worth the visit.

Walked in one staff member on phone - three others walked past us and no one even acknowledged we were there. The place smelt like dirty oil. Chips in the pass looked horrible. Absolutely disgusting walked out.

Normal soggy chips burger wasn't much better drive through was out onto the street i think they have forgotten the meaning to FAST FOOD.

Not happy. We ordered clearly at the drive thru, and sizes of portions and drinks were wrong in the order. We pointed this out to the cashier when paying, she was abrupt, and would not accept that our order was not taken correctly. With the attitude we received, l will be recording our order next time, so we can play it back when they get it wrong. When taking an order they should CONFIRM the order.

More then often they miss something in the order.either it’s a missing chicken, coleslaw or something else.which is every inconvenient if one is traveling from outer towns to get kfc.

I purchased 10 chicken wings, chicken was dry and the crumb so hard I couldn't eat it. Most of the crumb fell off in the box. It was like it had been cooked a couple of hours ago. Highly not recommended

The renovations have been going on forever which sucks I'd much rather go in and order. Food is good though and staff friendly

The unusual KFC food. Restaurant was dirty on the times we have been, might be because it was very busy. Good stop on a road trip
