KFC Horsham

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the finished products, always when I order burgers in some kind of set with chicken, they give me some cold and terrible-looking burgers with limp and old cabbage. I eat at KFC once a month and order something new, and I'm constantly dissatisfied with my food, I really like fried chicken, but because I'm a bad cook, I don't want to buy anything anymore

2 self serve machines offline chip /fry quality average (lot of short off cuts and wings undersized not really good value Not the best for a chain food outlet Being a volume traffic location I suspect not caring on quality.

KFC is horrible now
Portions are smaller and made terribly
Coleslaw is rubbish and gravy is watery and tasteless. If I wanted quail I would have gone to a Chinese restaurant.

I don't care that you stuff my order up, but some care and descent service would go the distance, I know you just there for your dollars but you are serving costumers.at least pretend! It's your job

Haven't had KFC for years. Chicken was quite nice, very oily though. Food looked like it was just 'chucked' in the box. Staff were pleasant enough but need more training in people skills. Seemed to be quite a few mix ups with some of the orders too. It was ok but not great.

It's not a KFC. It's a tip. The toilets where very dirty and the food was over cooked. The seating and tables had a oil glaze and sticky and tacky feeling. It's the same as it was a couple of years ago when we past through Horsham. Never again.

This KFC is no different than any other KFC I have known.
Great service, courteous staff, not a long wait.

“Express” kiosk…? What a joke! If I hadn’t eventually gone to check on the order it would never have been filled. Going up to the counter would have been way faster. Was just wanting a quick 10-15 minute stop here but it turned into over 30 minutes of wasted time! Also, there’s pretty good bathrooms overall but nowhere to change a baby’s nappy - could easily be add one in the disabled toilets.

Very good but they dont read the order properly they have to check every detail on the orders

When we first started going to Horsham KFC its was very good and we never had any issues, now 12 months later it is absolutely pitiful, cold old chips no salt and chicken tenders tough as old boot leather none of the chicken pieces appear to be cooked enough as they are tough as well, its pretty hit and miss at Horsham I think it all depends on the staff at the time, some appear to care about quality food and good service and others don't.

Been twice on our way through this week. Quite a busy place inside the wait was long but the drive through on the next visit moved pretty fast. Chicken was tasty and juicy. Staff seemed a bit dazed in the drive though when I presented my survey voucher, it was like they seen a ghost but we got there in the end.

Yummy deliciously juicy chicken! The most tenderest tenders I’ve had from any KFC in a long time.

Absolute pitiful customer service. The staff member was too busy worrying about what the staff were doing in drive through to actually listen to our order. Spend over $42 on our meal. She missed a drink we ordered and no apology from the staff member
Also a staff member allowed her friend in the resteraunt to Vape. She wasn't told to go outside.
Floors were filthy also.
Also absolute disgust in this store as an employee had her friends there and before we got into the car, my 11 year old daughter had the friend stick her middle finger up to my daughter. What a fantastic store Horsham KFC is.
Will never waste my money there again

They changed the layout inside, like inside a factory. Set up for online orders or self orders. Small menu board no coffee shop, backwards move you have lost our business M.

Usual set-up and standard menu.
Premises were clean and food up to standard.

But is it only me or are the portions getting smaller and smaller.

Not as good a value as once was but still enjoyed.

Worst KFC in Australia, order was wrong, didn't get sauce with my tenders, when ask for sauce they wanted to charge extra for something that was ment to come with the meal? Had to repeat myself several times to order

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Soggy chips and nothing tender about the chicken tenders which seemed to have been cooked hours ago, barely warm, almost unpalatable. I also bought a single piece of chicken and it was a tiny wing, again only just warm and clearly cooked long ago. So disappointing. KFC is my go to when I’m travelling and I haven’t had it for quite some time. Certainly won’t be having it in Horsham again and don’t recommend to anyone else.

Wait to receive my order was long it wasn't that busy and yet I had to go back twice to get my order fixed and still waited up to five minutes for them to fix it both times

Absolutely disgusted with the chicken with so much oil. Not even our dogs would touch it and don't even deserve one star. The first time we went there you ripped us off and will never go there again. Maybe food inspectors should take a visit

Good service but most disgusting chicken ever chips were white uncooked and tastless chicken was black and tasted disgusting never have i ever had such bad KFC IN MY LIFE if I could I've a zero I would.
Shame on you horsham shame.
