I ordered combo meal even the kfc is not bssy no one is on waiting for orders my combo meal is not fresh even its hard to eat fries and burger when i asked them to change they make me fool by saying its fresh how disgusting but my food was still cold

Once again, we did not receive what was ordered. Had to turn around to get ordered and paid for chips, only to get home and find NO sauces were provided. We specifically requested sweet and sour, but received none. This is such a common experience at this store. Do not leave drive through until you have completely looked at your order. Very frustrating!

Worst service. The worst part is their behaviour. They didn't provide complete meal items and doesn't have the manners to seek an apology

Service is pretty good apart from the odd missing item for your order, but the food seems a bit below average for my liking

If u go there at closing, u will definitely get too much oily chickens.very low standard customer service, always found the boys are too confused what to do. Managers only saying sorry without any compensation. Probably will not go back again.

One of the few Halal KFCs in the western suburbs and great service, the chicken pieces are never ready but you get a good alternative in place of it.

Went through the drive thru, was asked to wait out front as the nuggets weren't ready. 25mins later i went inside and they had forgotten about my order. I had to wait longer whilst they cooked it all fresh again. 2nd time this has happened at this shop. Some sort of system needs to be put in place.

I go to a lot of KFC's (probably too many for my own good) and the quality is generally pretty good but somehow this branch seems to surpass them all, consistently tasting fantastic, piping hot and served quickly by friendly smiley staff, couldn't ask for more

Very unprofessional service, ordered a favorites box, there was no original recipe and I got to know this after placing the order, got a tender piece instead of that. Ordered coleslaw instead of gravy, got gravy, went back and changed. I was okay till this point. Getting into the car, I found that there were no spoon, towels or wipe inside the box! Unbelievable!

We ordered online, one meal was missing an item. Ladies toilets had no soap toiletpaper on the floor and poo down the front of the toilet. It looked like it had been there a while.

The manager Hayden should not be in hospitality. His staff -Danielle is much more attentive and friendlier than him.

The ordering system messed up and told me to give him my credit card to pay pass from another machine. In which after he just handed it back without any receipt or acknowledgement.

Worst kfc store I’ve ever visited. Not only did they get my order wrong 3 times in a row, they were acting very rude to me. Would never go there again.

Bought a zinger box. Nothing hot or spicy about it. The potato and gravy was mainly potato. No spoon or even a napkin. Worst KFC I have eaten from in Vic.

It is kfc, what more do we expect from them aside chicken. The chickem wasnt that bad, though less salt and mininal spices. Overall it wasnt bad as compared to the one in wyndham vale.

Useless last 3 times I’ve been they’ve stuffed up my order and tonight they’ve done it again and my food is cold and dry won’t be going back they need to sort out there staff

KFC is always hit or miss. This time the chips were soggy, but every time there's just something wrong.

Inside looks great, very inviting and clean. Kevin was smiling from the start and was very hospitable. Service was fast and food came out great.

Really can not fault one thing:) well done management
