Hats off to Yousef at hoppers KFC. He went far and above he’s pay grade. Never had tailored service and delivery to my car at KFC

Wouldn't waste your money here, firstly the chicken was so over cooked and dry I ended up throwing it away. No hand wipes included in bag and no extra chicken salt as requested.

Do yourself a favour and goto another store.

I ordered for 16 wings and got only 6. Later when I realized tried calling the store and nobody picked up. There was somebody new at the job and didn't care to look at the order properly. Wasted my evening thinking that.

Always a long wait in drive thru ordered a large zinger box extra salt. No extra salt chips filled up half way, should be doing your job properly we pay for the food and then short cuts are taken where is my value for money. I shouldn't have to come back in or go through drive thru again so you can fix my order. Really poor on your behalf

Just wanted to give a mention to Olivia, who was fantastic. It was hectic (details not needed), but the professionalism and compassion shown by Olivia was absolutely outstanding. She's going places in life, you've got an absolute winner there.

Asked for extra salt on both chips
And got none on one and a sprinkle on the other

Recently went here after being to another store thst was rather busy. This store was not that busy. Good, friendly service. Order didn't take too long to arrive. Convient location with plenty of parking around.

I can't believe I'm actually reviewing a KFC, but here we are.

Management on a Friday night needs serious re-training if they're still going to be customer facing.

I understand drive-thru on a Friday night can be stressful, but I didn't deserve to be spoken to like a criminal for requesting what I'd ordered, after spending $50 on dinner and waiting 40 minutes.

If you buy in big number, you need to check your food, they often miss one or two items, so the quality service is not really there, the service manager didn't apologise sincerely, poor service

Should be closed down by kfc, the short lady in service was very poor in manner

Missing my whole meal. Everything was cold. Uber offers a refund but honestly I'd rather just have the food. Useless.

The staff are poorly trained. Please take it easy on the salt. The chips is almost always too salty unless I tell them not to put too much salt

Always run out of stock and also very careful, they are charging extra, always check what are you paying. Disgusting experience disgusting quality, need new chain

For the first time in my life I entered a disgusting place, the floors are all dirty, showing that they have not been cleaned for a long time…. The tables are dirty too. Bathrooms are disgusting.we have to report this mold to the health department. Failed management. I haven't seen the interior of the meal prep yet! Imagine how we pay money to make our kids sick…. If your answer you have shortens in workers you should clean the store early morning before you operate the business no reason.

Toilets were absolutely disgusting, fecal matter everywhere, the toilet flush was also covered in a build up of greasy finger prints and the self serve screen were covered in thick greasy prints. Food was still very good. My second time coming here and the cleanliness left me feeling bit sick eating.

I ordered one burger. It took 15 mins. It was sitting on the heating stand for 10 minutes while your front of staff walked around like she was on a holiday

Olivia at kfc hoppers crossing 2 deserves a medal for the way she maintained her composure and assisted her team through the struggle of the blackout in Point Cook. They were inundated with orders and assisted in a professional and kind manner. Our Uber delivery driver never turned up with our order and without hesitation we were provided with a full and fresh order. Well done Olivia, keep up the good work!

21/10/2022 @ 10.30pm- I just want to send out an appreciation review to the Manager at the hoppers crossing 2 store “Olivia” we ordered through menu log and the driver never delivered our food. We went into the store to pick up instead, the store was inundated with orders due to a blackout. The staff where under the pump and where getting abuse through the drive thru but Olivia handled the situation like a Champion. Thank you for your amazing customer service skills and holding the fort for your staff! You truly are amazing and an asset to the KFC team! Kind regards, Christine

What a shame on the team.does not how to talk.
I have been waiting in drive way for 10 mins and they served other 2 cars before me.

On top, upon giving feedback team member a short height girl started arguing.

Again. I ordered 10 wings.reached home to find there were only 8 wings in the box.

Very sad to get these kind of experience and service.

Absolutely disgusting. Waited 20 mins to be served and then when I got my food they forgot some items. Everything was soggy

Service was great, food was less than impressive, I haven't had KFC for over a year and thought I would get some, I got three pieces if Chicken and three Wicked Wings, amazingly the Wings were bigger than the Regular Chicken Pieces.
