KFC Dandenong Plaza

Very average chicken. Fries were better though. I don’t see a reason for me to comeback here and try again.

Ordered 4 meals, all the meals were as if they were pre-owned. Original tenders box came with half a tender and in the bag that was supposed to hold the tenders was a bread roll. Each meal was squashed and sad. The lettuce on the meals seemed so old and it was so dry, really unpleasant. My meal which came with a piece of chicken, came with the smallest piece which literally had no chicken on it. My most unpleasant and disgusting experience having kfc.

More often than not food items are "out of stock". Staff are poorly trained, including members who have been there well past any probation period.

Incompetent at directing customers to the waiting queue. I love waiting 3 extra minutes for each old lady who doesn't know how to organise their purse in an efficient manner.

Of the last 4 times I've visited, I've walked away with no food. Each encounter being more frustrating (yet expected) than the last.

If it wasn't for their location they would be one of the worst performing KFCs in Victoria.

Edit: to the owner, if you want to fix the issues with your shop, fire the entire staff, including the manager and put a whole new team through training. Obviously discipline and re-training is not working for your current roster. And as the owner, be more present to oversee staff to ensure they are performing at least adequately. The work culture is non-existent. I will not be coming back until I see staff I don't recognise. I have supervised restaurant staff before and have let go of employees that were better performers than anyone in your shop. Your staff have been there too long to be providing such poor service.

In general the young staff are lovely, doing their job.but there is one lady I presume is a manager, Dani i think, she is so rude to her staff and to patrons, very down grading to the kids working there, she is either badly trained herself or just not management material, either way she just does not belong in that role, especially if KFC Dandenong are trying to promote a healthy workforce/environment

I have seen Muslims eating here, which amazed me as I have asked the staff and they said this branch doesn’t have Halal products.

Slow, unhappy staff, miserable chicken.
No gloves are used in food handling, wait 40mins for a box of oil. Not even a busy time to visit. It always says closed online when they are open. Lady next to me waited 35mins for a small chips!
It's as if they are moving in slow motion for fun. Waste of time.

The wicked wings i got were on the verge of burning and my potato and gravy was just gravy. Do not recommend this place to anyone

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Workers were extremely rude and my chicken was super oily and salty. Disgusting.

It was okay service was not the best and the food looked like it was slapped together still tasted good but I still can't recommend it though

Yeah its like every other KFC to be honest, I mean it's not always necessarily consistent but being in the food court it's much more consistent then some others. Wicked wings!

Absolutely bad experience. The food wasn't fresh at all and was extremely oily. Not upto the mark. Waste of money.

I had 3 pieces of chicken, it was super greasy, not crispy at all, disgusting, in 40 mins after eating i had to go to toilet.

Didn't have plates n toilets were locked.had to stand in the line to ask to open the toilets n were filthy!

Terrible service! Ordered a bucket for one and when we got it was all soggy and oil was dripping from chicken pieces.they have put too much salt in there too so couldn't even eat most of it. Will never come back to this place again.

The drink they give you is in a cup instead of in a sealed can or bottle. Gravy is as light as water and only half serve.

Chicken was cold and gross tasted old, don't think me and my family will be ever eating here again.

Most of the time it's okay.but slow except one time their wicked wings made me sick. I was stuck in the toilet in the plaza and it pulled me away from work
