Dark Burned wicked wings. Ordered a zinger meal Burger tasteless. Drink not in can only in cup. Never come here again. Disappointed with food and service

Really? I've been with KFC for more than 30 years but never ever get food like this. I even doubt they are eatable.

I feel like the customer experience would be ten-fold better if the store wasn’t constantly running out of items. I understand that there may be issues with stock and supply, but if there’s one thing to improve about this place, it would be just that, so please get it sorted out. Also if an item is unavailable, put up a sign or something so customers know and don’t have to waste their time lining up for something you don’t have instead of just telling them after they’ve waited ages to be served. Some people have places to be and it’s just isn’t nice to be waiting for nothing.
One other thing is please ensure that all sodas are available, and that the frozen machine is working. Don’t forget the serviettes as well. I think this place can be great with improvements.

Twice now I've had crew members spill food, make me wait for fresh food while the rest of my order goes cold and not been offered fresh food or a refund. Poor quality and poor service.

Every time I come here, there are items unavailable. Also, the chips are always either too salty or has no salt at all. At least it’s slightly better than Cranbourne KFC. That place is always full of rubbish.

I had such a disappointing experience at KFC Dandenong Plaza. They took my order for takeaway despite running out of boxes and mentioned it to me AFTER the order was ready neither did they provide a cup holder. It ended up spilling on the food and ruining personal items. Hope we are provided better customer service in the future.

It was ready in five minutes and I kept it there and I asked the waitress and she said she was working on it and I waited 20 minutes to give it to me and it was fried hard overnight

Worst KFC that I know of. There’s almost always a big line of costumers and only 2 employees, poor communication, lazy and slow and they’re doing nothing to change it even from getting all these bad reviews

I’m not new to receiving poor customer service but this one done it for me, i had gone to my lunch break and decided to choose kfc, when i got there the young man at the counter (lachlan) who took my order had given me my food that was just presented so poorly i am disappointed for the price i paid not to mention i paid for sauces that i did not receive.something needs to be done because this wouldn’t be the first time, usually i bite my tongue but enough is enough.better training and customer service needs to be taught.

Today I came to kfc Dandenong plaza
Let me start off first by saying why the hell do you only have one til on, during a busy lunch time period.it was a good 30 minute wait for some people just to order and they left the poor trainee on the til and barely helped her with the orders.
The poor trainee looked frightened by the other employees there. The guy at the front should be fired, I and many other people witnessed him talking down to the young girl training a very
Patronising tone towards her. He stuffed up Atleast 10 people's orders infront of mine. I was not told they ran out of rolls and instead of asking me if I'd like a refund or a replacement he just chucked in an extra regular chips which I had already ordered a large
I took it back and his response was: "what do you want me to do about it. "
When I asked the other girl if I could Atleast get extra chicken salt on my chips she comes back with another large chips no salt
So now I'm left with two large chips and a regular with no salt. I was polite the whole time however was met with utter rudeness. This is the worst store I've ever been to.

3 staff members working. One sitting at a computer and 2 doing everything else while stopping to chat. No one was wearing gloves. I wasn't given a straw or napkins. Twister combo took 15 minutes. 3 customers wake away cause no one served them. The serving counter was wet with pepsi rings. It looked like a bar during happy hour. Twister wrapping fell off as I picked it up, resulting in the mess as seen in picture. Chips were unseasoned. I saw the guy individually shake salt on each pack to the side of the bainemarie. I'm not sure why.maybe to avoided salt build up in yhe baine Marie? So end of day cleaning could be avoided? I really don't know. Really dirty store with really low best practice standards/expectations. I won't be surprised if I get sick from the food based on the general hygenine. However the food was hot.

Probably the least favourable kfc to date, service was extremely slow and for the first time ever the manager on duty wanted to charge for sauce, we had a few meals with 0 sauce. Chips in the go buckets were absolutely dried, so dried we just threw them out.

Never again will I be coming to this kfc, word of mouth to stay away.

Worst KFC ever. Poor service. No trained staff. Have to wait 30 min to put my order and waited for another 30 min just to go counter and ask where is my order and staff said they missed my order to put through. Terrible. Going to Maccas from now on.

Honestly I'll never eat here again the chicken was raw the chips were still frozen no flavour and always forgetting something in the order if I could I'll give this place zero stars

Basically paying $50 for half of my food and it not being good anyway is ready bad for the name of the restaurant

I should have read reviews.
Most importantly I purchased a meal box that comes with a 600ml drink. I received a post mix that actually is only 500ml with ice. So not what you pay for.
I won't be back as it's misleading

The customer service is absolutely abysmal! Often there will be one person at the front struggling to manage, and another 5 staff out the back often just standing or sitting around. There have been times I have waited 15 minutes just to get my order taken - that’s unacceptable! Often times the staff don’t greet you or even look up at you to take your order. I know customer service jobs aren’t the most enjoyable, but constantly sighing and rolling your eyes at the customers isn’t going to help the situation.

I don’t know why it is, but all KFC’s seem to have terrible time management. McDonald’s, Hungry Jacks, and most other fast food restaurants seem to be able to provide a fast, friendly service, but not KFC.

I only go to KFC because I love their chips, but between the rude service, poor time management, and being the most expensive chips out of the 3 major fast food chains, sometimes I ask myself if it’s really worth going anymore.

I think most stores could be dramatically improved if someone with significant management experience would come in, and give it a little shake up, get rid of the unmotivated rude staff and and promote/reward the staff who are the backbone of the store.

I bought a meal 10 mins ago. It was so cold couldn't even eat it. Even fries was cold and not fresh. Never coming back.

You only get little bit of chips rude customer service don’t go here they don’t care for their customers only the money

The staff are too busy talking while customers wait at the counter to be served. They should be acknowledging customers and be more attentive
