KFC Crown Casino Melbourne

My whole family got food poisoning after eating kfc from here.when we had kfc it was cold and felt old.

It's the first time they missed my order
Ordered build the bucket set for Friday night. They missed one pack of 6 wings in the order.
Did they really check before they call customer to pick up?

Never get a delivery from here. It will never come. Use any app and it takes your order but keeps you in limbo for an hour then never delivers. And this ain’t just one experience. A joke.

Terrible service, no one smiling, messed up my order and didn't even apologize! The lettuce in burger is old, the chicken tenders are horrible, the fries we over saulted. Never come back here again! The worst place ever.

Very dirty didn't think much of it but it's kfc the food don't even taste the same as it use to true only the gravy dose

Upsetting customer. I did order a meal box. It meant to order by delivery but I put it at pick up option by accidentally and the order was placed. I did called the shop. The girl who answered the phone said I have to pick up by my self. I said I will order another one by delivery and I just ask to give the one I ordered for pick up to the delivery man.what she said is she can’t. I have to pick up by myself if you order for pick up. It doesn’t make sense for me anyway

BE WARNED they do surcharges after midnight and it's never fresh and the prices are more expensive than the others.just be mindful.

Really slow service. Just grabbing a large chips took 14 mins. Even though there was only 2 people in the line infront of me

KFC's serving practices are confusing causing time wastage. The food took 45 minutes to be packed due to poor planning for the day.

The only food in the food court it is not over priced. One of the better KFC's. Some shops in this food court were asking $10 for one slice of pizza!

Gals gotta eat and with so many expensive places to eat and time being of the essence, I grabbed something quick. Yep - I went for KFC also known as Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was growing up.
Do like their ‘slushies’ and the raspberry flavour is particularly nice although a little sweet.
Always like KFC fries over Maccas. Mostly because they aren’t fries they are CHIPS.
The wrap was a reasonable size and not too much dressing which sometimes happens.
Note: wheelchair friendly, kid friendly, accepts all cards.

I ordered original 3 pieces box at crown foodcourt but the piece I got is even smaller than the wicked wing LoL Rip off! Ask the staff to change but she said cannot change. GG

I live in the area, so from time to time I stop in for some cheeky fried chicken.
I must say, the late-night friday and saturday crew work so hard, it isn’t easy dealing with people fresh from the casino bars and they always seem to get my order right with hot chicken.

The Zinger Box meal is always juicy and delicious at this KFC. Also most importantly fully cooked not like Bourke Street where the chicken often has raw blood spots when you have taken a bite.

By far the worst KFC I've ever been to. The customer service was appalling, every worker had a foul look on their face, they looked at me like I was an idiot for asking for my drinks, basically threw the food at me, the place was absolutely filthy, so much food on the floor it was hard to find a path to walk through. The staff here need a lot of extra training.

This is one of the best KFC places in Melbourne. I haven't found somewhere with better KFC yet.

I just wonder why evertime I order sth.for take away, there is something missing. Last time is gravy， this time is the chips. What’s wrong with the staff?

The chicken nuggets and popcorn chicken were disgusting. They are soft and soggy. Money in the bin. Feral!

Get bad service here sometimes. Just the attitude of some staff is bad, clearly they didn't like working there at all and rubbed it off on the customers.
I asked for the new menu item called "the big cheese", the lady working the counter was good, however when the order was complete, the serving lady shouted out "cheeseburger", which I didn't respond to because it's nothing like my order, but when I saw no one was going up for the order I asked if it's the "big cheese", at which she gave me a look as if I was a moron, rolled her eyes and said "yeah the cheeseburger". KFC not only doesn't have cheeseburgers, it also looks nothing like one if you look it up online. Its one of the more expensive burgers on the menu I think, whereas a cheeseburger is that $1 thing you can get at McDonald's.
