KFC Crown Casino Melbourne

Ordered a 6 piece chicken through Doordash. Upon arrival, only 5 pieces of chicken were present in the box. To add salt to the wound, this was one of the 5 pieces:

It's KFC. But as it's usually pretty busy I find I always get fresh food and when you ask for extra salt you actually get it here. The food court is a dark uninviting location at the back of Crown complex but that's not bad when you're just ducking out for a lunch break.

When you pay $9 dollars for delivery (most expensive delivery of any fast food restaurant) the food should not
arrive cold & shouldn’t be missing items. Do better

It's alright for what it is but I think the service deteriorates a bit at certain times of day. So if it's looking particularly busy, make sure you check your order before leaving the counter cuz often they mess it up - but they never give you any drama when you bring it up, they just fix it no issues. The quality of food is usually ok though so overall glad this exists where it does! Don't forget to give them your crown membership card when ordering so you earn crown points (which currently doesn't expire and points can be eventually redeemed for food too). Public toilets available nearby (part of Crown).

The food was stale, dry and tasteless; they clearly didn't use the original recipe.
Dirty tables and generally lousy service; I asked three times for something so that I could clean the table myself; the girl was offended because I told her that if she didn't give me a cleaning cloth to at least clean herself, finally the supervisor I send another girl to clean the tables and the floor.
The worst was waiting so long for a clean table to finally have to pay for inedible food.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a KFC. Half of our order was not given to us including chicken, chips, popcorn chicken and sauces. The wait was absolutely ridiculous for such terrible service. The chips were old and had barely any salt on them, and the chicken was so doughy that my friend gave up his meal due to the terrible taste. Worst of them all, no one that worked there seemed to know what smile is or cared about customers at all (including the manager who kept ignoring me while I was trying to get someone to fix my order)
I suggest the people who run this store to either look for solutions to fix this store or close it forever because with this terrible quality of service and product, they put customers at risk as well.

Came in at 11: 40pm on 17/01/23 had a bloke without a name tag or a hat and jewellery wondering around a laughing with other staff and a very poor attitude towards customers, he also had a Band-Aid on his hand without wearing a glove, when there were others in line there were 3 staff standing at the front doing no work.
My potato and grave was also timed for 5am at 11: 40pm
The manager on duty was the only good thing about this store

This store is busy everyday of the week, with both deliveries and especially dine-in customers which creates a long line.

I do not recommend ordering from here using a delivery service, as it takes time for the driver to enter the complex and then wait for the food, it's best ordering from a store that isn't inside a shopping complex.

The staff at this store are often rude.

This store is suitable for people on foot around the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex.

Food was tasty, cant beat an ol zinger box, cheap too, seating was very comfortable and abundant too

The server Jim at 2am on Sunday 29th October was absolutely fantastic. It was the fastest anyone has ever put through a zinger box and made for a seamless, smooth, efficient experience, very happy:)

I spent over the required amount yesterday ($5ish) so I can redeem myself a free chips and drink once I complete the survey. This incompetent manager told me that I have to spend ANOTHER $4.95 minimum to get them - this is news to me. I’ve gotten the free drink and chips before using the survey many times with different staff and managers in other stores and it doesn’t seem to apply in this one. I am not coughing up more bucks just to meet their demands that is completely unnecessary because I did not need to do this elsewhere. So here’s my survey for you, KFC Crown, 1 star.

For such a busy store, and so late at night the food was super fresh and cooked perfectly.

I was surprised that even though Macca's is right next door KFC was busier. We bought Macca's on the first of a two night stay which was slow, with cold chips.

We decided to get KFC on the second night and it was bang on. All the food was hot and fresh. Recommended.

It gets very busy Friday and Saturday nights but I’ve never had to wait for too long for my order. Big shout out to the woman making the orders last night, she was the quickest folder of kfc boxes I’ve ever seen

Really slow average service with rude customer service - and WTAF did you do to the twister? Don’t butcher a good thing.

Ordered food at around 5.45 pm.keeps updating about delivery time several times
each time later than the previous. 3hours later still just an update no food

Last night it was quite busy in the restaurant.this kfc branch is located in a food court alongside subway and maccas.the restaurant dining area was quite packed with many families and tables taken and bins full to their brink, i had noticed that there was less team members at this store compared to my local where one girl was serving and two girls packing- occasionally the girl from the burger area came to the front and a packing girl went to serve.i do believe last night this branch was understaffed as when i was there earlier (around 330pm) for a popcorn go bucket and then again (around 850pm) where it was the similar handful of girls where a blonde girl with a button up (assuming it’s her manager) asked the girl serving if she could stay back until 10.30pm.this girl served me and my friend a mixed feast and informed us that it will be a 20-30 minute wait because they didn’t have any more in the back warmer and that it takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken itself which was entirely fine because we had already snacked prior. (this was an issue to many other customers who didn’t want to wait for chicken but wanted their food fresh- confusing right?)
when i asked for a zinger twister with no tomato i had been informed by the kind server that the recipe had been changed a few months ago to this coleslaw filling and that it’s permanent and she offered to remove the coleslaw out of the twister and put lettuce instead which was great on her behalf to offer a solution to me as i haven’t had kfc for a while.we ordered a few other things and asked if we could have parts of our meal first to which she said it would confuse the packers but she said we could put the twister and the zinger box in a separate order to the mixed feast so that it we could eat while we wait for the other half- we of course took her solution she seemed to know what she was doing when helping us out.overall the service was 5/5, dining area cleanliness was 3/5 (heaps of family mess for easter) and food was 4/5 (my chips were a little plain, the twister was awesome and the chicken was a little greasy than i’m used to) big thank you to our server talia (i hope to visit again sometime) she deserves some praise assisting us in as many ways as she could!

Felt a bit weird when the cashier repeatedly asked if I’m going to take away my order. Guess what? So they can sneak the re-fried wings into your box and leave the fresh ones to the dine in customers. Is that now part of your store values, KFC Crown Casino?

Absolutely rubbish should be not even one star, staff terrible not even smile, the food disgusting everything old and the chicken was not cooked the worst KFC in whole Melbourne
