28Probably the freshest and best meal from KFC we have had in years. Chicken was crispy and not dry. Chips where hot and not soggy. 10/10 staff
Unfortunately I have tried here a few times and disappointed every time. The food isn't correct, it's poor quality (dry, overcooked or chips are undercooked (you shouldn't be able to bend a chip in half it should snap in half.
Place is always dirty.
Just follow requests and keep the place clean and keep an eye on quality and you will be amazed your ratings improve.
Customer service is horrible I had to stop using drive thru and go in and even then they mess my order up everytime and they don't listen
First time here and was very quiet. Store was filthy, tables not clean, rubbish on seats and floor. Bins overflowing, floors not mopped filthy. Staff should be out cleaning it up as not long opened. Disgusting.
Ordered in store and waited 50 minutes for my order despite multiple complaints. The manager insisted they prioritise drive throughs only. What a waste of time. Never again.
Absolutely awful! All the food was completely uneatable, the chicken was raw and cold, the chips tasted like they had been sitting for 8 months in a dessert. The burger was uncooked. Bones less chicken strips were raw. The twister had no filling or sauce and the popcorn go buckets had 4 pieces of popcorn chicken in each and had black burned oil marks on them. Complete waste of money
Thought we would give this a try and the first time it was disgusting. Chips soggy, undercooked and chicken flavourless.
Sister decided to give them another go today for lunch and now has bad food poisoning. She has not eaten anything since and had exactly what I had for breakfast so that is definitely not the cause of the food poisoning. Chips were also still undercooked and chicken flavourless.
Was looking forward to having a KFC close to home but I guess it was never meant to be.

Supposed to get 15pcs original recipe chicken (sorted). Found 10 chicken wings, 3 drum stick and 2 very small chicken breast pieces, all in a small box. Waste of money. We usually get all these chicken pieces and 20 nuggets in a bucket from other stores.
