KFC Cranbourne West

Took 20 minutes to prepare my order, even though I only got a Go Bucket- The chicken and fries were already cooked but nobody there to put it into the bucket. This didn't just apply to me as nobody received their order for ages.
Blondie should at least try to not look miserable.

I ordered original recipe burger, and they've decided to add chilli sauce or another spicy sauce without my consent. I do not like chilli, I can eat it but it's not something I'll ever enjoy. Which ruined majority of my meal as I didn't want to eat the burger after discovering. This will be my last ever time ordering here. I highly recommend Carl's Jr, as they won't put added ingredients that isn't in the recipe ordered unless you consent. And their chickens better also.

Pretty average experience. Drinks machines are broken and large chips had barely half in quantity. Go to a different store

Ordered 6 pieces of traditional chicken, large chips, regular potato and gravy and coleslaw. 5and a bit pieces of dry chicken 3/4 box of chips and no potato and gravy. $32 wasted on terrible food.never again.plus counter staff seemed so disinterested they may as well not have been there.disappointed.

We ordered 3 meals- 2 boxes and 1 meal and it took 20minutes. The chips were only filled to half way and we didn’t get any napkins or cutlery, the dinner roll was rock hard and there was no clean tables/chairs. I understand that the people working there are just kids but it really needs to be better

Good new place to order my fave chicken. But It has been a couple occasions where they short my orders.maybe because of the new staff, getting a refund thru the app is no help and have to go back to the place to get one.

This is one of the new KFC stores in Victoria. And I have been going to buy KFC through the drive-thru few times. At the start the service was good. But over last 2 months I had so many issues here. Just yesterday I went through the drive-thru coming home from work ordered what I need and it was repeated correctly at the pay window and I went to the next window to collect the food and ask to wait at the waiting bay. I was then given food few minutes later and due to few previous issues I checked the food and as per previous orders I was given less items so then I drove back to the drive-thru which I had to wait close to 15mins to go to the pickup window and this time the girl gave me a bag and I close the window straight away and I checked again to see before ai drove off and to my horror was given something totally different then I decided to park the car and went inside the store and spoke to a girl in the counter gave the bag I was given second time back and when I told her what was missing she said ok and then went to pack the order. And again I checked and I was given thr wrong product again. I then called the girl again and said it was wrong and I had to explain to her in laymen terms because she don't even know what was I missing when I said as per the menu description.

This whole episode wasted more than 30mins of my time when I was tired from working all day to get a quick meal.

What I also can see is that when I ask for extra salt on the chips they add the salt onetime over the chips then they load up the chips to the bucket and then close the lid and then they add the salt which get drop on the lids fall off to the ground. I am not sure how in the world will the second salt go inside when the lids are closed. Such a waste of material.

Very sad to see once a goos place fallen off the quality within few months.

3 dashers in over an hour, to be told they don't have record of my order. I then go there personally and the stuff up half my order. I went back there again to pick up the correct items and 3rd time lucky (nearly 2hrs later). Absolutely Ridiculous!

Place is a joke.
Forgot half our order.
Ripped us off.
When I called up asking about where the rest of my order is I was met with the response “it’s still at the shop, the Uber guy must have forgotten it. ” I asked if it could be re delivered? I was met with the response “no but I’ll email you a voucher. ” Never got my voucher & left out of pocket with empty stomachs.
Definitely not coming back here again!

Dead quiet. Leftover food and rubbish everywhere. Even managed to expedite incorrectly giving people incorrect orders even though it was not busy.

Newly opened, pretty good food. Sometimes it can be a hit or miss.mostly a hit though. I'd rather come to Amstel KFC over the KFC across the road from Centro shopping centre.

Very slow service. The girl on the drive through needs to speak clearer. Neither my wife or I could understand her on the speaker

Not too much cars at the drive through and at the parking lot but need to wait for 10 mins.for our orders and were asked to park at the parking.

Tried food here once and was below par. Decided to give it a go again.but it was worse than the first time. Never going back again.

Great service, had to wait a little bit longer than usual but overall great for a fast food option

5 stars, they couldn't fulfil my order, but the fellow (team leader, i think) sorted me out with some other things and was friendly, and I honestly think this place has offered the best service of any fast food place ive been to in Cranbourne

One hour wait after preordering on the web. Priority given to drive through and completely ignored preorders and store orders.

Took 40 mins to get 1 x burger and 1 x twister! Pick up your game kfc. Whilst ur serving drive thru and uber Eats, u have patrons waiting in store.

Honestly after reading the reviews I'm puzzled! We've had KFC twice here within the last 2 weeks and this place honestly slaps! Whatever management is doing to upgrade their facilities here - KEEP DOING IT! Best KFC we've EVER had period!
