KFC Bundoora

They will always surprise you by making mistake! I bought 3 pieces box tonight, and only 2 pieces in there. Should I waste my time to go back and ask? So many times!

Take part in devouring the 11 secret herbs & spices along with the delicious chicken. Great for a quick meal.

Our local KFC, went there for an easy Friday night dinner (as we do sometimes I know cheeky). They were having POS down issues but the staff were so lovely and doing their best to take everyone's order in store and in drive through and not mess it up with the unreliable POS, team members were coming through drive through and explaining the issue to each person which was lovely and seemed to help people not lose their cool while waiting in line. They were super lovely and polite as well as apologetic even though it was not at all the staffs issue and a technology problem (which can be out of everyone's control) the team seemed to really be keeping their cool in a stressful situation. Well done to everyone on tonight. We hope you fixed the issue, and sorry my partner (who works in IT) wasn't able to help much with your specific software. Dinner was great thanks to you all ️

Always the best chicken, would love to go there as it is my local KFC. Fresh chicken and quick service. Highly recommended.

Chicken is very dry and the customer service is so bad they were so rude dont recommend try going some other kfc this kfc should be closed down!

Had the best drive thru service by a guy name Ricc. He was polite and well mannered.
Definitely a 5 star. Give this guy a pay rise.

I’ve been served by Mathew, he’s really professional, helpful and excellent customer service. Even it’s a small order, he has been patient with us in this pandemic situation.

Popcorn chicken over fry and was more crust than chicken. Potato gravy i got it without gravy. Was just mash potato

Being deaf, using the drive thru here is the best. The young staff just get it. There's a young male manager that is a credit to this team

As a frequent visitor to KFC Bundoora, I find that I always receive high quallity service from the staff. There are plenty who have been new who have needed assistance for orders that are a bit odd but I've never seen any negativity from the team. On top of that, each time I recieve my orders they're very well done.

In terms of criticism of the place there are a couple of things. One of the biggest things is just where the place is, I have had so many times where I worry just going into the place that I'm going to run into someone that thinks that it's a two way entrance/exit, this needs to be clearer for people so that it isn't so difficult. The most common complaint I can have about food is the chips, I always feel I get semi soggy chips and i'm not super pleased about it all the time however gravy kind of fixes this issue most of the time, but still would prefer better chips. Other than that Most items are high quallity. I feel in my opinion that the lowest quallity chicken that I often purchase is tenders, being that they just fall apart in my hand.

Compared to years ago this place is much nicer to go to, and it's my go to KFC compared to 3/4 other kfc places.

Very disappointed. Everytime i order a family deal or just a zinger combo.there's always something missing, especially today my actually zinger burger was actually missing, after ordering a zinger burger combo.had to drive back from home to get it. Now i have to always to double check every time. I suggest everyone to double check your orders if everything is there when you receive it, to save you the trouble from driving back.

Lunch time today ordered Mixed Feast
Reached home realised they gave only 1 box chips & coleslaw plus chicken.
We wanted the chicken & 2 box chips as stated in Mixed Feast package.
Why are you packing coleslaw in our lunch order.
Called back, spoke with Jason. He took my number and stated next time we come through they will provide another box of chips.
Please ensure your KFC staff are well trained and to pack what is on the menu.
Maybe they trying to get rid of their coleslaws. Please check what they pack.
This is not good. Very misleading. Not happy.

Meals are generally warm and not on the warmer side and always need to double check items as generally missing the sauces which is frustrating as you're paying $. 50 each and they forget to put it in? Even sometimes the main items are forgotten or mixed up like zinger burgers vs original. The workers are super friendly and customer service wise is quite good.

It unfortunate not good at all, chicken almost burned dark it test horable I did paid close to $14 and all thrown away, oil very old and chicken breast cold inside and not fully cooked, They put me off at KFC for long

Soooooo excited today to actually not eat my lunch in the car. This KFC however was adamant that I'm not allowed to eat inside and had to leave. Not happy

Oh and a bit of trouble with menu log, the young man was super helpful, and when I placed an order though deliveroo, I even received a sorry note! Has made my night, thank you!

Worst KFC store ever been, it next to my house, every time feel like kfc I have to travel to other store to buy it, chicken always soggy been few times always the same, but the worst thing happen today is can’t even find a clean table and seats to seat and there is no staff on the counter, i have to travel all the way to Thomastown to do the take away, it should be shut down or restructure.

Very disappointed in the quality of the good, ordering a bucket of chicken pieces and it was soggy which is like the fourth time even when I asked if it was fresh. From a person who spends his whole career on standards.please do an audit on quality or equipment as I feel sops are not being followed here for the sake of processing orders fast. Cheers

Clean crappa and quick/great friendly service.
Chicken cooked perfect too, not oily at all like some stores.
