KFC Bundoora

Once I ordered off the app I got my food fresh and fast. The chips were perfectly salted and nice and warm. For the burger it was perfect and nice and moist.

Bad experience. The staff always put less food in the bag when pick up from drive-through. （e.g three chicken wings only give 2，zinger burger meal no potato Gravy etc. ）Don't advise to buy anything from this store!

Our food was hot, as it should be, and it was served quickly. This was my first visit since the renovations and the restaurant looked so much better than it previously did, much more modern and welcoming, although the restaurant eating area was so small that I had very limited choice for a table with my mobility scooter.

Bundoora:
I was told to wait 2 minutes for the chips to be fried and park, while waiting a black mercedes past us on the left and a few other cars, when we got the chips we went home, started eating them and were stale tasting with a bad retro old taste and the chicken was soggy falling to pieces and tasted old.
Never again!

Service is the best I have ever had at a kfc. The staff are so friendly and enthusiastic. Great bunch of kids working here and my daughter and I have been going through drive through for ages.

The most disgusting KFC outlet I have ever been to. Chicken pieces were soggy, cold and disgusting to taste. Rude service and does not accommodate to customer's requests. When complaints are made, there are no attempts to admit their faults but rather covered up and protected by the manager. This is the most horrible and terrible outlet and please do not even bother to make any complaints as the managers will not take customers feedbacks seriously.

Got the Hot rods Box limited edition meal
Aah might stick with the zinger Box with wings the Rods were soggy.
Zinger Box taste like everything is going to be okay.

There was at least 4 staff that i could see and they were totally disorganised and unequipped to deal with an influx of customers in-store, not to mention online orders. Chips were barely warm let alone hot. Really disappointing, not sure I'll go again.

Disgrace waited for 5 mins for a zinger box, come home to no burger at all. Isn’t that the key thing to a burger meal the burger?

I cant stand this restaurant anymore. The chicken wasn't even fried i got popcorn chicken box and one of them was raw. I have been to other KFC stores and they impress me, however this KFC store lets KFC down. Shame on you.

Loveliest server! Was so cheery and positive. Food came quickly and was delicious! The worker even came to ask us how it was! Thank you for providing incredible service and making our experience a really positive one

Great and speedy service and was impeccable.
Fresh hot food.
Only thing negative I have to say is it is hard to enter and exit and parking is tough too.

Slowest workers in the world i swear i waited in the waiting bay for over an hour. ONE WHOLE HOUR. And they call this a fast food restaurant. Never come here unless u like to sleep in the waiting bay.

Went to KFC Bundoora this afternoon and got a 3 piece pack. Unfortunately the chicken and chips looked and tasted like they were a day old. Next time I will check to make sure the chicken looks fresh before I leave. Very, very disappointed with what I got served up today.
Not good enough, or fresh enough for that matter.

Definitely dine in. The chicken in the burgers are very well done but chips can sometimes be a bit soggy.

Food not prepared on arrival - 10 minute delay to the customer.

The girl at the store was too stressed about bringing the heat bag. When I said I have it, she wanted to know where exactly I have it to which I had to simply point at the waiting bench. This behaviour is disgustingly unprofessional and childish - for heaven's sake have some trust with people!

No complaints, good experience.

Drive through can get messy at times when there is traffic on the main road!

Loved the customer service and their friendly attitude. Dylan is an absolute bloody legend. Awesome work!

Regular KFC with nothing out of the ordinary, staff were there to do their job with nothing more or less. Food was as expected.
