62Meh, chicken tasted of old leather boots and was cold, the chips were soggy but the drink was cold.
Such a shame to the kfc quality.that wat we got today from kfc Belmont.when we complain response that’s normal.i don’t think that normal in kfc people want Kirsty chicken not oily soggy steamed taste chicken.when we ask for manager (Steve) she don’t bother to come & resolve the issues.nothing much to say.kfc u need to see the quality in the kfc Belmont it’s downhill.
Great food, plenty of parking but App specials not available in store wont load for Belmont but do at other KFC's like Newcomb and North Geelong
Food is hit and miss, expectations are low, staff are friendly, but the store inside is always grotty, unclean, greasy with rubbish around.
Very good customer service polite and respectful.
Chicken was as you would expect, juicy tender and flavourful.
Ordered via the app for pick up. Average KFC but we noticed staff were wearing their masks incorrectly (below the nose or on the chin) and removing them to chat to each other. Very disappointing as the indoor mask rules had been reinforced a few days before.
A kfc that has fresh chicken? I might've got lucky or something but was one of the best kfc's I've eaten of all time. If only all kfc's were this good.
Ordered giant feast thru drive thru $43 you would think they would atleast attempt to get it right left out half the order so had to go back
So, late night hungers and ordered a snack at 11: 00pm. Due at 11: 25, and nothing delivered. Ring store at 11: 30 and during call, message pops up on way. End call. 11: 45 the driver has not picked up the order. It is 12: 05am and store is closed and no delivery… KFC Must be better options out there. Lost our business….
Not happy at all. Poor customer service and cold foods. My meal was included with mash and gravy but they didn’t provide any spoon, end up I was unable to eat mash and gravy
David Mekkonen is single handily the greatest manager i have ever seen. I have worked in the food industry for over 25 years and I have never seen a more organised and efficient manager than David. I was so incredibly astounded by his work ethic that I asked the pretty girl at the counter for his name so that i could enthusiastically express my thanks and how impressed I was on this review service. This man is the sole reason as to why I will again, and forever will, continue to dine at KFC belmont

One of the many homes of THE BEST chicken of the fast food variety. You can't go wrong with a kfc burger.
Our go to place for pickup. The service is pretty efficient and the chicken is always juicy and fresh.
Absolutely disgusting. Chicken was actually still bleeding. It was so raw. Then to get refunded $40 takes 5-10 business days. No phone call returned, no care.
Wow! Went to kfc the other day and got served by a girl whose name was Erin i think, wonderful service and a really good burger she made. A really great experience at my local belmont kfc! Will definetly be going back because of her!
Very Poor Customer Service!
Ordered a dinner box plus up-size, ordering I ask for drum sticks only, Not only did I not receive what I asked for but I did not get the condiments for whipping my greasy hands, a straw to drink my drink with, but no-spoon too eat my mash potato with! The young people at this take away don’t seem to care, however the last time I went too this KFC an older lady was at the window who was up to date with her customer service! I can train you people for a small fee if you need help and more business too your window!
Props to the lovely lady working drive through tonight she displayed awesome customer service with a mint smile that will keep me coming back
Was the only car in drive through and took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Then received my burger and the bun was average at best.
