120 people with covid come here each day between 12th and 14th this month between 12.00 and 19.00 not good sneezing coughing runny noses not good and not wearing masks

Ordered kfc through uber eats.
Still waiting 95min later.
Never again.
Absolutely pathetic

We ordered a 2 ultimate boxs and after getting to to the payment window were told they know more chicken left!
Told they would replace it with chicken tenders, and after paying and driving off discovered they only gave us one of the chicken tenders, the chicken was awfull and chicken burger looked like it was sitting their for hours, never heard of a chicken shop have no chicken, and staff we're very unapologetic!
Neve goin back again, waste of money.

One of the worst customer service. Staff was more concerned about drive throu and uber orders thn customer waiting in front.

It's okay. Not really amazing in my opinion, the staff are mainly a bunch of teenage boys who can't seem to focus on the main task or even change the paper in the receipt machine without the aid of a manager. The food is nice when it's actually all in the box and also when it isn't wrong because the screen is too dirty to read. The managers here need to do better with training of their staff. I can't tell you how many times I have seen a manager on their phone instead of aiding their staff.
Instead of tinder please actually do your job.

I loved it. Period.

Fantastic place in Geelong. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and smiling. She treated every customer with a smile. Even though I wasn't sure whether the meat was halal or not. I simply called them and they said it was halal. A big parking space is available. I would love to eat from here when I visit Geelong again.

Didn't get my order that l placed though the drive though didn't notice till l got home when it was too late wont be going back sorry

Staff were working hard to please people but I guess management was not organised for a Friday night.

15minutes waiting next in line, serving one person. A Bunch of Staff standing around watching. Open another register? All I wanted was a large chips.

Good service to the food could have been hotter they seem to forget the napkins wipes, and spoons that's why I always bring my own

Forgot how bad the belmont store was until we got dinner from them tonight.the chicken was as greasy as ever and the chips were over salted. NEVER AGAIN

Worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had, was rushed and spoken to rudely and abruptly at the speaker box. Had my say when I got around to the window and the “manager” threatened to not make my food and call the police which was laughable, also tried to shut the window and lock it which we just drove around and walked straight in the doors. Food was ok still not great at all but we can’t wait to see these rude employees outside of their workplace when they aren’t hiding behind windows and counters. You know exactly who you are, we won’t forget you.

I think l caught covid from a dry chicken wing that clearly wasn't mentioned in their ads loverbot

This was my first visit to a KFC in 30 years following a nasty experience.
The food was OK, but nothing special.
At least it was edible.

I have never had reason to complain until the last two times I have been to this store. I won’t be back. The stingy chicken servings in the family feast meal are now laughable. You don’t mind a couple of small pieces but 6 and they we’re dried and tasteless. Poor form Belmont

Five stars - again for the food. I do not envy staff managers these days. When I was 16 working after school in customer service, I would have been severely chastised for ignoring a customer at the first - firmly closed - window, leaving the customer to drive up to the second - also firmly closed - window with the assumption that staff are too busy and important to even look at the customer forking out their hard earned dime; only for the customer to reach the second - firmly closed! - window so that the customer can stare at my colleague's back, patiently waiting for the opportunity to ask a question about their order, while being forced to listen to the extremely personal topic of conversation staff are engrossed in with a 3rd colleague, before they unceremoniously rip open the window to chuck a bag at the customer with a "here you go". I am sick to the back teeth of having made it unscathed from my formative customer service years, only to have to take care of children in the service industry in my middle age! Seriously, I wouldn't supervise these Narcissists for a million bucks. Can you imagine trying to ask/teach them to make people feel welcome? You'd be slapped with a bullying and harassment complaint for trying to do your job! 5 stars for the food, 5 stars for the poor poppet trying to run a tight ship and fingers firmly crossed that some in the customer service industry develop some basic human compassion

Would give 5 stars but KFC has really let me down with using cabbage in their burgers instead of lettuce, it's really let me down, nowhere near taste as good. Not sure I will return until lettuce is the only salad item in the burger.

Don't know why l keep going back! Food is always cold, this time around they had no wicked wings (first world problem l know!) But they were willing to chop and change the order, whee as usually l sometimes ask to switch things (6 wicked wings no burger i.e.) and it's no we're not allowed to) maybe, this time around l just won't go back.again!
