Zinger Burger chicken fillet was a bit small for the bun. Everything else in the zinger box meal was yum

Not very nice the food. It was either too dry and then another person said to oily. There was hardly any chicken just all fat.

It's great to see a KFC with clean and tidy toilets. The only minor issue we encountered, was that the QR code to check-in via the Victorian Government app, was on an automatic door that kept opening when you approached it to scan the QR code, which then makes it impossible to scan the code. Other than that, it is one of the better KFC's that I've been to in quite a while.

Because of my schedule, I sometimes have to grab something close to closing. This means that sometimes they have run out of a certain item. The staff are always quick to make it right by offering me a variety of substitutions.

Bout to order a meal but the guy got called off from serving tbh not a good look when a customer was a bout to order food no idea when I was going to be served no one was going to serve me wasn't going to wait for service not a good look to pull a server off counter and no apology giving

I do not know that KFC stores no longer provide free WIFI, and without which I cannot use my tablet that has no Internet data, to find out what are on special through the App.

To my disappointment, the staff at the counter told me that the 15 Wicked Wings special has expired. Not that I expect some sympathy, but I believe a few kind words and a recommendation such as "using the senior card to buy the wings at normal price will only cost extra $3.50" can go a long way.

It is a pity that this store does not have free senior coffee.

I had 6 Wicked Wings. They had a lovely and crunchy coating. I really enjoyed them. Staff were friendly and very efficient.

The pace these guys keep is incredible. I've never seen a faster drive thru. That In itself would be amazing except add to that the food is crispy and hot even though it comes fast. Happy customer service. Well done

KFC Bairnsdale is one of the cleanest if not the cleanest KFC's I've been to, good work KFC team. The reason for the 4 stars is the health factor

Quick service especially with the high Easter traffic demand

No toilet paper in the women's toilet and a massive queue, made some women less than pleasant

Small outdoor area, well used could do with the bin emptying more

Food was exactly what we wanted

Foods good, SOMETIMES! More often than not, something is left out, chips are stale or they forget my extra salt. Quality control please! Spoke to management about this, and they said they'd replace my chips free of charge and wouldn't forget the extra salt. Get it right the first time, read the order! Not good enough, lift your game management! Will take my time checking my order is correct before I drive off in future.

The food is ok here. It's KFC so we can't really expect much different. One of the people serving when I last frequented this business wasn't wearing a mask, which is a bit disappointing.

Terrible. Didnt get the order right. So this is another KFC on my blacklist. Not hard to quality check, because if i failed at checking what i had done was right at my job. Many people would die.

My advice is to check your order before you leave. My last 2 visits they got my order wrong. Also if you up size check that is upgraded. I received a small meal.

Hello, I actually order LARGE CHIPS for a reason.if I wanted small I would have asked!

I'm an addict for KFC chicken. Would choose it over anything offered to eat. Always found it fresh cooked, have no problems to date.

Too much fecken salt on the chips! Even when I asked for a "little bit of salt ". I like chips with a bit of salt, not a bag of salt with a couple of chips in them!
