KFC Bairnsdale

Always clean tidy and efficient. I would like to see more "meals" that incorporate serious amounts of salad please.

The last twice I purchased 2 x 2 piece meals at KFC bairnsdale - 1 for my husband and 1 for me, I asked for a least 1 breast piece out of the 4 pieces because that is all I eat. I only eat the whte meat. Both times I was assured I would get at least 1 out of the 4 pieces. Both times I didn't get even 1 so I didn't get to eat any chicken at all. Yesterday when i was given my order I asked "is there at least 1 breast piece please"? And the answer was " i don't know, I didn't pack it"! One of the meals yesterday had only 2 drumsticks, which I don't think is acceptable either. I won't be going again.

I don't mind walking in and then sitting out the front watching the busy highway. Sometimes I'll drive through and then park alongside the large grassed area in the middle of the highway. Is it just me or do they pull a few chips through the lid of the box and then close it to make it look full.

Car park needs to be bigger Bairnsdale needs delivery it would might help solve the problem of cars leading out to the road for drive through

Food was greasy but thats to be expected the kid that served me Leo was very accommodating but looks like a rat and originally I thought he was actually a rodent

The meal servings vary greatly, sometimes I get 3 biggish pieces in a 2-Piece Box. Service is always good. Lots of good young workers.

Fast ordering in store and so quick with getting the order ready. Friendly staff, clean and tidy store.
Food was piping hot and delish!

Served by Liam. I was overcharged, so I asked for my receipt because he was clearly wasn’t planning of giving it to me. When he did give me the receipt, he took the time to fold it before handing it to me. He charged me a KFC Youth Donation without my permission. I wouldn’t have minded it if he only asked, but the way he did it was so sneaky. As soon as he handed me the receipt, he went straight to his workmates, said something to them and they all looked at me laughing. It’s good that KFC employ teenagers and give them job experience, but they should also employ responsible adults to guide and manage these cheeky, sneaky, disrespectful brats.

Over the years I have had many meals at a many KFC restaurants. Something is not quite as good here. The chicken is just not a juicy as it is at other stores. Possibly it it just a bit over cooked or cooked at the wrong temp. Still ok though.

Went and got a giant feast chicken burnt on the outside food tasted funny and half of the box of chicken was like tiny budgies not happy the rest of it was ok chips were dry and nuggets and tenders that we got extra with it were ok maybe they need too put a-little more effort in.for the price u think it would be good.

The line was very long and was barley moving, we sat there for 40 minutes waiting for go buckets. Absolutely ridiculous!

Good food and fast service. As I was walking a complete tosser was complaining at that counter and left a large mess for the staff. Have some respect!

Ok ok it's very epic and cool and I love ️ chicken as much as the next black person ‍️ but they didn't but a zinger ️ burger in my zinger box I got the box ️

I requested a fortnite chicken pizza and a cool guy named luke radford got the job done for me thanks mate

KFC always delivers on good food, especially their chips, mine and my niece's favourite part off the menu haha.

I am not a big fan of any of the fast food franchises, which is why review may be a bit biased. However, the chicken is bland as usual, except for the crispy surface (batter) and the chips are the worst (soggy like a huge lump of mashed potatoes). The only eatable item, in my opinion, is the zinger burger.
The positive about this branch was that it was clean, the staff were okay and had plenty of parking available. However, if you hit a busy time, please be prepared to take a considerable wait time, as they seemed to be a bit understaffed, presumably due to CoViD-19.

Running out of chicken! Not a good luck for a predominantly fried chicken shop with the kfc branding.

Good fast service. One or two people at the window talk a bit too fast, maybe you guys can work on that
Otherwise, its almost always good quality.

Served by Alex, I ordered 10 wicked wings, large chips, 2 drinks, 2 rib pieces, small chips & gravy to be told that my 2 rib pieces would not be accommodated. When asked why given it has never been a problem before he responded
“Because we are not supposed to”.
Well KFC, I cancelled the complete order & will be taking my business elsewhere.
