KFC 401 Swanston Street

I ordered 5 mins ago, but the wingettes are ready less than 5. It only happens in this KFC outlet, I believe. And it isn’t my first time here

Called to inform delivery website was overcharging, duty Manager- Dillan did not care, said delivery company s problem, why care your only the Management.

One thing that KFC can guarantee you is not consistently of quality, on time service, hot food delivery, BUT one thing that can be guaranteed is -: That your order will always, always be short items, Train your staff to stop stealing from customers, show some respect to the value of others money, re-introduce true honest customer service. Be discusted KFC, repeatedly stealing from you customers.

My husband & I both got a crunch bowl. The chicken was luke warm & over cooked. No cornchips at all. Very disappointed in the quality.

Today at 10 pm I went there and got my order. So a little mad cuz ugly rude stuff she throw my order at me

This is the Worse KFC I have ever been too
Tried to order a Meal deal on the App but the Store marked the online site as No gravy so couldn’t get any offers
Upon further discussion with The Manger at the time they refused the Offers instore even me acknowledging that I didn’t want Gravy
Then the Manager Rings me 3 days later after giving a online feedback and again blaming that they can’t alter the prices (I know people who work at KFC and confirmed they can on the managers discretion)
Poor Form KFC Swanston ST

The food and service was great, but the atmosphere was astronomical. Me and my friends went to a KFC on a school excursion last year, and this year we wanted to re create it but in this KFC, and i must say that this year the photo and the food was much better than last years on Lygon St.

Always check your ORDER
Don't leave the store until you check what's in your bag because it's almost always missing something or just completely wrong. It's happened to me several times and I didn't realise until I got home.

I ordered hot crispy and it's Not hot and crispy at all. Go to other kfc. This one is worse

If I were the franchisee for this store I’d be looking into how productive the young staff members are that work there.

7 people waiting for orders (I waited 15 minutes for a basic small Zinger meal) I waited 5 minutes to be served as I was paying cash, however there was 6 female staff members all near the cash registers talking about rubbish and ignoring me/ the customer.

Store was unclean. With all those staff members apparently working you’d expect orders to be efficient and the store to be cleaned.

Hopeless.

We gave the money, but the hamburger didn't come among the things we ordered. Then they said it's not the fault. Did aliens eat it?

Hardest working and most efficient team of all CBD stores.always busy. Only negative.due to having many unpredictable busy times per day you wait longer for your food. I don't mind waiting as most importantly I know I'm consistently gonna get top quality KFC.

The place is good to have lunch or dinner there. Sometimes, you can found some trash on the table, but that's not all the time. Great service, always got my order correctly.

Don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this KFC. Might actually be one of the best if not the best KFC in Melbourne. Staff season the chips well. Service is always consistent (obviously if there is a lot of people you might be waiting longer but that's everywhere) but all in all well run KFC in terms of quality of service and the food. Thanks for always being quick and always executing my edits to burgers perfectly. Sincerely, a long time loyal customer.

Why is there a pigeon in the cooking area? Never seen anything so bloody unhygienic before. The staff just laughed. I bet theres a rat in the store too. Disgusting.

Ants marching everywhere in the ladies toilet because some women left food in the toilet the chicken was oily and the chips over salted and some mad teenagers had 6 times extra salt I hate oversalted chips.

Usually the store is pretty good but today I ordered through the KFC app (a zinger stacker burger) one of the pieces of the zinger chicken was what I believe to be uncooked. Was disgusting, smelled odd and was nothing like the other zinger chicken patty in the burger.

After spending far too long in the kaleidoscope mirror maze and on e-scooters we were starving and KFC hot and spicy was calling!
Loved - Hot and Spicy fried goodness
Hated - sitting down and getting told you have to get out, we're closing now when you're mid bite.

Best KFC in Melbourne Victoria Australia cause they turn over so much their chicken is as fresh as if it was alive

Friendly staff, burgers are always nicely wrapped and warm. The OR Chicken has so far been less greasy and more crunchy than other KFC's I have been to.

Is pretty good considering city location, organised reasonably quick and food is what you would expect. Probably my favourite KFC in cbd
