I had a horrible experience with the judgemental and unhelpful reception staff members here. I was confused and needed to ask questions and they made me feel like an infant. Absolutely not the type of attitude we need in healthcare.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful
Nurses are kind, caring and gentle
Doctors are genuinely supportive and practical and trustworthy.
Locality, familiarity and comfortable to enter the space.
Overall Kew junction medical clinic is where my family and I put our trust on

Saw doctor sculberg re: second opinion he told me that he can't help me and that I should seek help elsewhere. Having waited half an hour past my appointment time and being charged $120 for nothing. Wouldn't recommend this clinic or doctor.

All staff - reception, nurses and Dr Smiley Crane were so friendly! Dr Crane listened to what I needed help with, gave advice and a bit of a pathway, and did my implanon removal. The nurse alongside was lovely too. Will make this my new local GP!

Very rude doctor. I was not told about needing to be a regular patient to access phone consultations when making the appointment the day before. I will not be going back again

When i arrived, i was asked to fill out first time applicant details.i already did that and received a successful completion from Hotdoc. Another lady at reception overheard and found for some reason there was 2 references for me.she corrected the situation and from there on my experience was a pleasant one.all went to plan.

Pam and the front desk team are exceptionally efficient and friendly. Dr Schulberg is a wonderful and caring GP. The service here is second to none. Thanks again.

Have visited here 3 times seeing different doctors and each didn’t make me feel comfortable or looked after. They don’t seem to care or want to genuinely help and have walked out without getting what I actually needed. Overpriced for what they deliver!

Great doctors but the booking system is an absolute joke. Doesn't work half the time and then it's all your fault. Waste of time and energy.

More focused on getting three appointments out of me (so three charges) for a specialist referral than doing their job properly.

Poor service and attitude. Do yourself a favour and find a clinic where the staff and doctors can be bothered helping their patients. Apparently being a medical group with 20 clinics means that you don’t need to bother being at all helpful.

In reply to your question below - this is the correct clinic.

Had a 10: 30 appointment and was seen at 11: 15.45min wait. There were 5 patients before me!
I can understand 1 patient / 15min delay, but they don't care about your time. Other clinics send a courtesy message saying there's 15m delay.

I can't rate this Dr's Clinic enough. I have been dealing with Krystal at Reception and she would have to be one of the nicest receptionist I have come across for such a busy clinic. The traffic at this clinic is continuous, so there is bound to be a waiting time, no matter where you go. I have been seeing Dr Stewart Game for over a month and he is nothing but outstanding in his service. No other Dr I know would call you and put your mind at ease from a busy working day. I did see Victoria thou and she wasn't anything to write about but Stewart put my mind at ease with the help of Krystal.

I've seen Dr Richard Crawford for nearly 10 years. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and so helpful to me relating to a large variety of issues over the years. Receptionists and nurses are lovely too. As for the reviews here that complain about wait times - that is the reality of a properly functioning medical clinic. It means that the doctors are taking the appropriate time and care with each patient rather than herding them through like cattle.

Very long wait times. Disappointing when you make an appointment and still wait over 30 minutes.

The clinic and staff are friendly, welcoming and clean. My doctor has been conscientious, caring, is a good listener and has gone above expectations to provide a very high quality of care. Highly recommend!

They really looked after me after I came off my bicycle and busted myself up outside the front door of the clinic.
Nurse Lucy was like an angel, Dr Victoria so good to me and Dr Mark on the needles/cleanup/stitching.
I was in a bad way from those tram lines.

Dr Mark Schulberg is professional and very knowledgeable. This practice is also very conveniently located.

Had some stitches today in my leg. The nurse was absolutely lovely- I wish I remembered her name. Dr Andrew was also amazing. Thank you for patching me up with such ease.
