I had a bad cough, it was hard to bear but them I found a doctor who showed he care Dr Schulber a professional so kind he gave me the right medicine peace of mind. This review is to let others know, he also emphasised routine checkups, his knowledge, compactions & dedication make him deserving of a glowing recommendation.

Excellent Medical Centre in Kew. Dr Richard Crawford is the best GP you can ever wish for.

The Nurse who gave me the shot, was very polite, cheerful and very helpful. Not experienced such a professional nurse. Please convey my appreciation and thanks to her.

I have always had a good experience at this clinic. I’ve seen a couple of doctors and some nurses… all incredibly professional and empathetic.

Always cheerful, listen carefully and give advice in plain English I can readily understand.

Paying 75 dollars for an 8 minute call which didn't really even help me is a massive ripoff. I have to go to another GP today for my condition because of how hopeless it was and I did not receive any prescriptions or referrals.

Great clinic. All the staff are terrific except for the older receptionist who is incredibly rude. Not my first experience with her. I’m happy to wait if the Dr is late because he is very good and I trust him. I was the first patient for him this morning, the Dr was 20mins late. When I asked the receptionist where he might be (given I had a sick irritable baby with me) she said: “I don’t know if he is coming in, you just need to sit down and wait”. I was a little taken back…. And still am hours later. Granted you may not enjoy your job, that is very evident but that sort of treatment of people is rather unacceptable. I sat there for a further 20mins and witnessed her speaking to many others in the same sharp dismissive tone…. But why? Such a shame. The rest of the reception staff are so lovely and I’ve only ever had wonderful experiences.

As a new client, I was treated like I had been visiting there for a very long time. Staff were very helpful and Dr Victoria was great, thank you all.

Have had COVID vaccinations from the nurses and a blood test from the inhouse pathology over the last year or so, (relatively) on time and clean, friendly and efficient. Dr Smiley Crane is an asset to the clinic: she's competent, thorough and also a great listener - which can be a rare combination in a GP. I'm really happy to have this clinic up the road and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

On holiday from Ireland and got a quick appointment. Staff were efficient and friendly and dealt with very easily. A lovely practice.

Great to have a GP service available, at the weekend, and a delightful GP to attend to my problem.
She was running a little late, however I was contacted by the Receptionist and asked to come a little later, which I did, and it worked out well.

You pay for the service but the doctors are good. There is also a nurse at the the clinic and a Pharmacy next door.
