Went in to look at the new Tudor BB39 as an engagement present, thought I would be waiting weeks/months but Joe was able to get one for me the week after I viewed it! Sensational service by Joe and the team at Kennedy Crown and zero pressure to make a purchase at any stage during my visits. I have purchased two watches from Missy at Kennedy (Crown). Each time has been met with attentive and professional service. My most recent purchase involved various enquiries while deciding, including looking for stock of certain models in a timely manner. Missy was responsive, helpful, and the store was welcoming when I came in to try the watch on. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into a decision and this was appreciated. Later, after leaving the store and deciding to make the purchase, I was able to schedule a pick-up on another day over the phone - Missy wasn’t working the day of collection, but ensured the watch was ready beforehand and the team who assisted that day took the time and care to ensure warranty was registered and the watch sized.

In the current watch market, buying a watch can be quite unpleasant and disappointing as many sales associates struggle to show genuine care or passion towards their clients, let alone the watches they're selling. Jerry however delivered an extraordinary experience from showcasing the watch to providing insights into his world. He also made the occasion extra special by catering it specifically to my son's personal achievement. I was first talking with Janey through the phone. She's really nice and responsible. She asked all my preferences, helped me choose a similar watch and checked the availability, and then made an appointment for me. As she was not on duty during my appointment, she arranged Melly to help me and passed all my requirements to her, which made our appointment an easier start.

The whole shopping experience with Melly was enjoyable. She's really professional. Based on my preferences she knew from Janey, she's already prepared the watche for us to try on. As it's the first time we shop this brand, she also introduced other models for us and brought similar ones for us to try. She patiently helped us try on watches, introduced us to the differences, and answered me a lot of questions! As it's the first time we buy automatic watch, she explained in detail how to adjust the time and date of the watch. She even helped us activate the warranty, which made my life so easier. Appreciate Janey and Melly's help.

The most important thing is they open till 7 pm! Perfect for 9 to 5 workers! As it's a gift and I need it as soon as possible. They definitely saved my life. Such an amazing and happy experience with them. Will recommend to friends and come back!

I was very pleasantly served by Missy, who is the assistant manager at this store. She was welcoming with a smile (albeit behind a face mask) and personable right from the moment we stepped in the boutique. We were greeted with genuine, caring and generous service where she was patient in showing us different time-pieces and offering us information and history about them. She would offer her opinion when requested, and respected and listened to ours expressed. She was professional but never pushy about making a sale. She was never uppity or carried snobbery, but still made us enjoy the luxurious experience. We felt valued and were able to indulge in the process.
