Kenndy's Larry sales, is one of the most patient sales I have ever seen, the first time into the field of watches, he is very patient, to explain to me a lot of knowledge about watches, told me how to use, regular return visits, trying to help me get what I need, even if I did not buy something, is also very warm welcome me, I often ask some questions, are also the first time to help me solve! I feel Larry is very professional!

Last month, there were fewer watches on display than staff in Rolex shop, which is ridiculous. If you don't ask for assistance, then you don't get any service. But I received a completely different service at the Rolex shop in Collins Street, even though that shop was also out of stock. I ended up buying other watches.

Each time I visited the store to enquire on a potential allocation my partner and I were always offered a beverage and treated with the upmost respect. Visited Kennedy Chadstone with my dad couple weeks ago and served by an Asian lady called Isabella. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a Rolex lady’s watch for my mum. It took us a while to make the decision and Isabella was very patient. We would like to thank Isabella for her excellent customer service!

Walked into Kennedy as I was looking forward to getting another Rolex but there are only a few piece available. I was nicely told to come in next week as their stocks will then be replenished.

So I did exactly that but was told differently this time and not so nicely to register for interest. Why not say that the first time so I need not making my way once more?

Update: Email sent as suggested, no reply for two weeks now. Two stars deduction.

Kennedy Chadstone is always the Top 1 watcher dealer in Melbourne in my humble opinion. Unlike the other boutiques, Kennedy carries various brands such as Rolex, Panerai or even Girard Perregaux. For a watcholic this is the place where he/she must visit. If you are not familiar with the wrist game you don’t have to warry, just go into the store and tell them what you exactly looking for. Then you will receive the hospitality and professional recommendations from Kennedy employees in the entire shopping experience. As a real customer, my experience in Kennedy is absolutely delightful and I hereby extend my gratitude to all employees – they are well-trained and always present professional quality anytime, especially the salesperson named Bella. Great experience at the boutique with Isabella. She assisted with my enquiries and helped me acquire the watch I wanted. Isabella and the team was very professional and kept me updated all the time.

I came in with my new Rolex pepcy to make a simple adjustment on the band so it will fit my wrist. OMG I have never incounted such roodness and incompetence. I was made felt like I stole the watch with all the ridiculous questions. All I asked for is to tighten the link on the band. I was told they didn't have the tools to do that. I will heave to go in to the city to get that done. I was also going to buy a new watch for my wife, but I took my business elsewhere. As a watch collector, I'll never step foot in that shop again.

Bought a Rolex DJ for my wife from Kennedy Chadstone last month. I was really impressed by the excellent customer service here. Isabella did a fantastic job and my wife was extremely happy with her new watch. Will definitely come back and shop at Kennedy Chadstone again!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a Rolex SD 43mm at Kennedy Chadstone recently, all Rolex Fans should know how difficult it is to obtain this watch from Authorised Rolex Dealers, especially if you are a first time customer to the store.

It took around six months to get this watch but definitely worth the wait. Special thanks to Blair who was very professional and patient with me, she made me feel welcome every time I visit the store even when they have no watches suitable for me. She took down my expression of interest for this highly sort after watch, after understanding why this watch was so special to me (50th Anniversary model for 50th birthday present). Blair and the store manager Peter Kelly worked hard to secure this watch for me.

Peter has built up an excellent team at this store, from the Doorman to all the Sales Associates, always friendly, helpful and polite. I have purchased Rolex from other dealers before (local and international). The experience from this store is unique, the staff do their best to broaden their client base by welcoming all new customers and try their best to fulfil the customer's requirement after stringent verification process. They make sure the hard to get models can also be available to new customers (not just VIP customers), for this reason I commend Peter for managing this store with a high level of customer service and integrity.
