Great service from Kennards Bayswater, 20KVA genny ready to with little more than 12 hours notice, and the hardware was flawless, will be hiring again soon!

I'm not big on hiring equipment, so was relieved when staff were more than happy to answer all my questions and advise me, taking my age (72) into consideration. Very pleased indeed.

Some difficulties with the national call centre incorrectly counting stock from individual stores and booking it out for me.
However, Bayswater Kennards did all they could to help me out with an alternative.
Great team working hard to make sure you have what you need.

Dean was so helpful and yook the time to help me work out what capacity generator i needed. The entire team were professional and understanding. I even had my 2 year old baby girl with me and they made the effort with her too. Really lovely place that i highly recommend.

You will find what you need there and if they don't have it, the friendly staff will direct you accordingly as where and how to get it, thank you for your smiles all around even though you were busy team!

Had a painting job to do, but to high for a ladder. So jumped on the Kennards website and booked a trailer mounted 12m picker. Could not have been easier. Got a phone call shortly after to confirm bookings.
On arrival go in make the payment, whilst the boys hooked up the trailer, then gave me the run through, and I was off.less than 10 minutes. On return was just as good. The guy said here will do.unhooked the trailer, scanned in the harness and trailer and I was off again. 5 minutes in and out.

Kennards Hire out of Bayswater have always been fantastic! Especially the pump and power team with Adam. Today we had an emergency with our own generator that runs the CT machine here at our Vet Clinic. We had run out of fuel. I called and asked if they could come fill us up and they said they would be here late morning, early afternoon. I explained to Adam that if they could be here sooner that would be great. One hour later and Matthew is already here filling us up! Fantastic customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking to hire from them.

Really helpful and friendly staff, this was important for me as a woman, made me feel comfortable to ask questions. Very affordable and couldn't recommend more highly!
