Great experience hiring stump grinder & got the job done with prompt friendly service.

Hired a stump grinder to grind some stumps. The machine was huge and ground the stumps like a hot knife through butter.

Thanks Jimmie, you made it so easy on Sunday morning to organise a block splitter. Had it ready in 30 minutes and nothing was a problem. Service with a smile, which is very rare nowadays.

Excellent experience with Kennard's Bayswater. Hired 2 outdoor LPG patio heaters however when I tried them at home one was faulty. Called right on closing time but Jimmy was very helpful and said he could swap the faulty one over on his way home. He delivered a replacement to my home within 30 minutes, we tested and all was fine. Jimmy saved the day for my daughters birthday party that night. Big thank you to Jimmy and the crew!

I called Kennards in a panic as I needed to organise temporary fencing NOW! The person I spoke to on the phone (the manager of Bayswater shop I think) was amazing. SO helpful and went above and beyond to get the fencing to me in 30 minutes! The delivery guys were also great. They were my shining light in a disaster day.

Hired this shampoo machine (with upholstery wand) to clean my fabric sofa which has seen better days with the kids stuck at home. The machine was in great condition and worked a treat. The team (particularly Tom) at Kennards Bayswater were very helpful and turned around a change to my booking with 15 minutes notice. Would recommend.

Plenty of stock. My desired trolley was available, clean, and well maintained. In covid times, customers are asked to stay in the car in the driveway. Staff were prompt to help out, and get and load the equipment. I returned the item early, and received a refund of the excess payment. All very good.

The manager Wez was efficient finding a generator for us. We had tried other places and then remembered the place in Bayswater. He did not have one but redirected us to Doncaster which had one. There was no power in the outer East of Melbourne from Wedesday night

I had to hire a trolley. Very cheap but great service and great tools. Very happy with the Drive thru service they offer

Silly me didn’t book and dropped in late in the day. Drove off 15 minutes later with exactly what I needed and a next morning return. Perfect!
