KemizO Entertainment Centre - Pakenham

Over due for a makeover.
Wanted a skate rink for my kids, my wife suggested this place. Looking online it had skating, laser tag, rock climbing and games so thought it would be great.
Walking in I was blown away how old and run down this place is. Not only was it old and in need of some love, it was dirty and run by kids who rolled their eyes when asked something.

Needs some serious attention before its reputation is damaged beyond repair.

We went with kids during the school holidays for skating. The girl at the reception Janet was very kind and helpful. My kids are new to skating, and she helped them through. Great coaching and customer service skills

Such a great place, I've been coming for ten years now. It's never really that busy which is great when you want some extra room to skate or don't want to wait for a arcade machine.

The staff are friendly and helpful

Good little venue games are a little dated could do with an upgrade.fills in a good 30 mins

Went here for a party my son was invited to and he had so much fun. Mixture of rollerskating and Laser Tag- The laser tag was so much fun even the adults joined (including me) Was a good afternoon out

Male toilets smell worse than the MCG need to pay more attention to hygiene
Female smelt better but obviously they are only cleaned once a day.
Food ok kids enjoyed their day.

My kids got bored really quickly, Need to encourage more games and prizes to keep the young one interested give out free entry for prizes this then would encourage more clientele. Let kids go up and pick songs to play, games to play play music then stop last one to stop is out ect like playing corners. Line Dancing. There will be plenty more games that can be played.if you go and do some research, thank-you to the staff for responding to this review, kids had a ball and you really got the crowds attention.

Always a fun skate at Kemizo. My daughter even tried the Lazertag for the first time. She described it as scary fun. Coming from a 7 year old it's to be expected though so a good morning out.

Friendly staff. Good activities. But the place need some serious cash spent on it. Skates needs replacing as they are old and gross. Arcade games need maintenance. Toddler area needs replacing. And lastly the place needs a really good clean. It's absolutely putrid.

Extremely unhygienic venue! Toilets were filthy, wet and putrid smelling strongly of urine.floors were dirty with big balls of dust and rubbish accumulated along the edges. I WOULD HATE TO KNOW HOW THE KITCHEN WAS.

This place needs a bar so you can drink and watch your kids fall over trying to roller blade, good for the kids boring for adults.

The children had fun, the food was alright and the staff seemed nice. However the venue could do with a renovation. The bench seats are extremely grotty, they need a decent professional clean. Roller skates and blades are very old and worn.

Skating, climbing, laser tag, coin games, food and drinks, toddler play area and birthday rooms.

This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and nice. Can cater for birthdays. Kids loved it as well as adults. To the amazing team member Janet and Jacob, thank you.

Unsafe environment, leaking roof with buckets in positions where x is marked by worn out ductape (obviously been a while) on skating floor and walkthrough, constant trip/slip hazard. Skywalk is in a state of disrepair of its own, felt more scared of something malfunctioning or collapsing then enjoying the activity. Skates have metal sticking out and in, are old, worn and extremely "fragrant", had to change 2 skates until I got 1 pair that was slightly better then unacceptable. Limited game machines in working order, dirty and very small play area for the younger ones. To be honest dirty all around from party room, to bench seating to toilets. Understaffed which results in rushed unfriendly service. This place needs a serious overhaul and safety inspection!

Kids busy but party hosts? What party hosts? No management of kids, not sure what the go was.

Staff are unhelpful and rushed, rollerskating rink is unkempt at best, the skates are low-quality and provide zero ankle support, and everything is sticky.absolutely zero cleanliness, and they may as well list as a lazer-tag arena, because that's obviously all they put money and effort in to.

I enjoyed the laser tag at this place for years but like a lot of laser tag arenas this one has some flaws such as some of the lasers not working 100%

Nowhere near enough staff, the roller skates they hire out are in really bad condition, and if you order food and they have run out they don't tell you, they just don't deliver and then let you know an hour later when you chase the food up that hasn't come out.

This could be a great business if run with more staff and better management.

Always a great time at KemizO's, between the laser tag and Skating along with the rock climbing wall, the kids always leave tired and satisfied.and even us big kids too, lol. Thanks KemizO's for a great evening out!

Place has potential. Laserforce is good, but the skywalk had little challenge. Staff were overextended in their roles, with many activities unmanned. Place is not overly clean, toilet facilities were putrid.
