Great staff! Helpful, knowledgeable. They will explain about features and how to look after your clothes. They will even mention offers and discounts you weren't aware of after you've already decided to buy! Very professional!

Very helpful staffs. Patient enough to answer questions from a outdoors noob who wasn't showing strong intentions of actually purchasing (me).

Has pretty much anything you would need on an exped and at fairly good prices. Staff kniw their stuff and are very helpful.

The sales are a good time to grab a bargain at this store otherwise it’s a little bit pricey. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable in kitting you out for trips/adventures you might be headed for.

Wow Kathmandu has changed since i last lookes there about 5yrs ago, prices are now pretty reasonable yet quality is still great.

Great Day Shopping, Annie who helped us has to be mentioned as she was so well versed in everything Kathmandu, she helped us from our rucksack, to our jackets to our nick naks that we needed for our two month trip to South America. Annie even mentioned that if we forgot anything there is always the Kathmandu store in Melbourne airport terminal if we felt we needed. Excellent customer experience with a young, friendly and helpful assistant. Will be back to see Annie again!

Staff here are truly exceptional. I don't know how they do it during their sale periods, it's absolutely flat out and they all look under the pump but they keep it together so well! The products are great but to have helpful staff is another thing and this store has that. Great work!

Awesome customer service and awesome discounts, got a $250 jacket for $140 love that store worth every penny

Shopping at Kathmandu High Point tonight. As i was standing at the counter with my 2 boys 18 and 14, I put a jacket on the left side of the counter while the blonde lady was on the register with another costumer. I then walked about 2 to 3 meters to double check the price, $149.00 from 179.99. I go back to the counter and the jacket had been moved to the back bench all in a few second, no problem, i can see the jacket i had. Then a worker started to put a coat hanger on it and i said to him "that's the jacket i am buying" then the blonde women on the register said to the other worker " he put it on the counter and walked away" I found her to be quite rude though she had no idea. Then we walk out the store, the security beeped went off, a staff member came out and took the jacket back inside the shop and then returned it to us. Very poor.

Overpriced and to be honest not great quality. They are forever having sales why not just reduce the rrp? Though to be fair they took back a thermal with a hole in no problems. So, good customer service just poor products.

I went into the store to look around as my family and I walked out, the security stuff beeped but i don't know the reason why but a staff lady came out and thought we took something. At the same time, my nephew was holding his jacket and the staff lady thought that my nephew took a jacket. She accused us in public and didn't even say sorry. Bad service and racism at this place.

Poor service at Highpoint West store not at all helpful would certainly not shop there again!

Been trying to call highpoint store for the last 3 days up to 10 times a day and have received no answer till now and still nothing what are they all doing down there

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a product that should have been covered by manufacturer. Manufacturer would not repair/replace but Francis at Kathmandu helped out.
