Kathmandu Highpoint

Went to this store last night and have never been so disappointed with their customer service. The two shop “hosts” stand around talking amongst themselves and on their phones, not even saying hi to customers as they walk in or come up to anyone to see if they need assistance. If you want to ask them a question you have to go up to them and “interrupt their chit chat”. I also find it strange that Kathmandu do not have warranty on their Puffer Jackets and as the girl put it blankly, they only have manufacturing warranty if there’s a fault in the product.

I visited Kathmandu's store last week and I was impressed by the amazing service and variety of products availability. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they helped me find the perfect hiking gear for my trip. The store had everything I needed, from clothing and footwear to backpacks and tents. I also liked the quality and durability of the products, which were made for outdoor adventures. I would highly recommend Kathmandu's store to anyone looking for great outdoor equipment and accessories.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. Customer service is an absolute disgrace! Especially Kris! I wonder what sort of customer service training these guys get. I’m am absolutely shocked! I don’t believe Kathmandu would make people with street language and no manners to represent their store.

Went in on 4/9/22, was served by a delightful young man, he was attentive and helpful. Was really impressed with his service, I purchased 2 merino wool t shirt’s

All the staff have been exceptional every time I’ve been here. A special thanks to Andrew who just had an exuberant happy vibe about him. I’m usually very indecisive and ask a lot of questions. Andrew made the whole process of decision making easier.:)

Friendly staff, enough space and wide range available in this store. I found this store normally get products that is difficult to find via online in other stores, especially bigger clothing sizes.

Great service, this morning I went into the Highpoint Kathmandu store and was greeted and served by Kristian. I was returning my online purchase and wanted to make a new purchase. He made the whole process of doing this run smoothly, and he even went over my exceptions by letting head office know that I went instore to return my item and to cancel the return query I had raised. Thanks once again for your great service today.

As a country woman I like their eco friendly clothes, but always wait for their sales. Easy wash & wear.

Clothing on dearer side, definitely get what you pay for, good quality clothes, helpful friendly staff

Haven't been to Kathmandu because of Covid. Good range of clothing and accessories - good sales.

I find the staff at Kat to be very helpful; this, my local store, is no exception. I have yet to throw out anything from Kat purchased in the last 4 years so happy with quality & value.

The staff were lovely and an all around pleasant experience to purchase two jackets for my partner and I.

I recently visited Kathmandu store Highpoint last Monday regarding a broken part on my backpack that I use every day. I spoke with Daniel who was very helpful. I originally purchased the bag over 2 years ago so was not covered by warranty, even so Daniel inquired if the damaged part could be replaced and arranged to contact me if available. Daniel called me back in less than an hour and had the replacement piece the following day. Fantastic customer service, extremely happy.

I can't commend Freya and Chelsea from Kathmandu Highpoint high enough for how above and beyond they went in serving their members!

We had a complicated item-exchange situation that may have costed us 50% more had Freya not helped us. She clearly understands how the internal system works at the store.

Been a member since we got to Australia, and will continue to be.

5 star for the wonderful staff at Highpoint Kathmandu. I had a terrible toothache while my husband was doing his last bits of Boxing day shopping in the store. One kind staff approached me to ask if I’m is ok & brought me a bottle of water. Another lovely staff rushed inside to bring some Nurofen! It was around 8.30 pm and most of the staff were still smiling and chatting with my son! Don’t know how they can be so cool after such a hectic day! A big shout out for the great staff here!

The quality is amazing. Everything I buy my children lasts a long time and keeps them very warm in the cooler months.

The employee had no idea what day it was. Tried giving me a store credit when I was clearly entitled for a refund.

Amazing customer service. There were two gentlemen in the store, they did their best to provide us with the best possible service.

Very helpful staff, I got the exchange I wanted for my online order, and the Summit Club Membership too.
The staff over there go the extra mile to make the customers happy.
