I lost a part of a water bladder that I could not purchased as a spare part. It would have meant throwing away all that plastic and purchasing an entirely new one. I wrote to the company on the off chance they had a spare lying around. They contacted their warehouse staff who found one and sent it free of charge. Environmental and corporate responsibility masters! They walk the talk.

I love the winter clothing here. When it gets as cold as penguins testicles I head here. The puffer jackets are toasty and warm, perfect on the sidelines watching kids sport. The polarfleece etc.tops are awesome.

Unusual place for a shop. Not easy to find what you are looking for. Staff were ok without being excellent.

The store is well stocked and the staff very helpful. I love going downstairs to see if there are any bargains and I ALWAYS find some!

Clothes are nice enough, but way overpriced. The "sales" they have just bring the price down to a more normal level. The outdoors clothes market really is outrageous sometimes.

I'm a huge fan of Kathmandu. It's my preferred brand for outdoor clothing, jackets, hiking shoes, gloves, beanie.you name it.

I usually would go to Melbourne due to better range / cheaper price (DFO), but having this local Geelong branch is quite convenient when I need something small that is not worth the effort of traveling to Melbourne for.

The staff were really friendly, the clothes were quite expensive even with a sale on, but we're still very good quality. Overall a very nice place to shop.

This is a beautiful building. Unfortunately Kathmandu does not use this to their advantage. As a store though it fits the requirements - good range, helpful staff.

DON'T BOTHER.

I was a regular customer at this store andGave my down jacket for repair on 9th July which I purchased form this store. And they said it will take 4-6 weeks on 12 July I received a cal acknowledging they send it for repair when I didn't got a call after six week I visited the store and they said the staff who handle this matter is off today and we will leave a note and she will cal you on Tuesday but again I didn't get any updates for another 3 week so I visited the store again. And again I got the same response but this time I received a cal in couple of days and they said due to unavailability of raw material it is taking time but now we have got the repair materials so you will get it in 2 week after 2 week I again visited the store and they said we received the wrong repair materials so it will take another 2 week. And I informed them that I was leaving for vacation on 24th sept so I need it before that and they returned it to me after 11 weeks.after 5-6 visits without repair and staff don't even bothered to say sorry for that.poor service didn't expected form this brand.
