Kathmandu Frankston reviews
30It's been a few years since I shopped here and I used to like the store. Today however it was a mess. It looked like a cheap two dollar shop. Granted it was New Year sale but my advice is not to visit on these sale days. It was chaos and staff were flat out to help. A staff member told me to use my phone to see if a product was in store or available in other stores. We were happy to wait for service but none was given.
Went in to exchange over some clothes I'd ordered online. Ended up swapping for a different style jacket, transaction was quick and easy. Cheers
Don’t shop online or at all with this company. They share your credit card details with criminals and then you have money stolen from your account. Then Kathmandu will ignore your emails or do nothing about it. Overpriced products and don’t care about their customers. Stay away!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff were able to assist me in choosing the appropriate gear needed for my trip to Everast. Highly recommend Kathmandu frankston to others and ill be back again
Smaller than the larger outdoor shops but nevertheless they have good quality products at decent prices.
Staff are always kind and helpful. I enjoy looking around this store. It doesn't feel over filled with stock. I haven't taken my pram in there yet but I think it has a pram friendly layout.
Staff available to help. When paying by card, you will need to enter how you rate the range of products, before you can proceed with payment.
I did not like the instructions I was given it's as if she did know herself where she was going. Tells you on the last minute which lane to go in and where to turn and it does not make sense.
I do like their range and the overall quality of their own brand gear. Their pricing scale however is a joke. You're very silly if you pay full price here. They really only have fair prices when items are 50-60% off. I rarely actually buy here anymore after doing some comparing with nearby BCF and Anaconda.
Even when the store is full of customers the staff will always greet you with a friendly hello. Service is always available and all the staff are well versed in the products they sell. Nothing is too much for them and most of the time they will treat you one on one like a VIP with their service.even the kids are given attention and acknowledgment.
