The clothing is good really quality, just prices are pretty expensive, even sale items cost a fair bit

Always easy shopping in store when you know what you want. Staff are friendly and the store is always kept neat and tidy.

I was shocked with their customer service in store. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, share their experience and tips. Very well trained by Kathmandu.

Just spent 5 minutes in store no other customers there 4 staff just chatting away.money ready to buy bad luck i suppose

Great store with good range of products. Staff are hopeless, they are not helpful at all. They can’t be bother and they don’t care about any customer.
I bought some clothing on thur night and decided to go purchase more accessories. Thur night staff (a young lady) and the young man at the register were friendly and helpful.
Today I’ve a middle aged lady to help me look up something. I had to approached her and call her. Standing in front of her is not enough to get her attention. I had to go and call her. She can’t be bother even after I’ve approached her and she asked me to queue (5-6 customer waiting with 1 register open) at the register to ask. She then walked away and stand there doing nothing. She obviously lazy. Good luck Kathmandu for hiring these type of employee

Served by Nathan (based on receipt), friendly chap and explained how to use the Hand warmers.
The first one he shown was already triggered so he opened and gave me a new pack!

Also called earlier to confirm stock for it. A lady answered they have plenty and yes they do!
Whereas I called other Kathmandu (Moorabbin, Southland) and sold out.

I run a business myself but at the end of the day fairies fair I did buy a jacket they couldn’t find my size so they were nice enough to ring me back and I actually found it for me but the problem is when I went to pay for it at the start I was waiting in line and I couple
Had to exchange something as well so they jump the queue and Winnie front of me because the sales assistant said that they could but the problem is with that when I had to return something on the same day they wanted me to wait in line for another 45 minutes when I’m a top one diabetic realising that my sugar is low and I’m explaining to them but did not care the manager came and found me sort it out

But the man the stock control man is lovely he actually rang me up I give him 10 points
Disabled assistant apparently is the tall blonde one but and she’s meant to be excellent at South assistant but not in my case when it’s good for the goose is good for the gander to simple as that

BEWARE! The older lady who works at this store doesn't greet or help you while in store but will follow you around the complex centre after you left and then when you walk out to go into the carpark.she will yell out "excuse me! Can I check you bag! ". I have no issues when someone asks to check my bags, but do it in store, don't stalk people around the complex. We know when we are being followed.

Friendly and helpful staff who were warm and welcoming. Highly recommended based on the customer service alone.
