So happy with the customer service we receive from Emma, we’ve brought 5 puffer jackets in total from her now and she’s always super polite, friendly and helpful!

I can highly recommend the wonderful staff at Kathmandu. We had the pleasure of dealing with three staff members on a Sunday afternoon. All were extremely knowledgeable about their products and so lovely and friendly to deal with. I can highly recommend if you want great service. I will certainly be going back. Worth a 50 min drive for great service and products

Went in and was helped straight away by a guy who really knew his stuff. Bought a great new pair of hiking boots.

Spent hours in store over 2 days trying to get gear for a cold weather trip. All the staff were incredibly helpful! They found different sizes and colours of hats and sleeping bags and gave some good travel tips. Highly recommend stopping by

Brayden was especially helpful when fixing up an issue with my click & collect. He even reccomended a nice location for me to visit on my next trip! Great customer service. Thanks heaps! From one retail worker to another: ^)

WOW! What amazingly lovely and helpful staff! Basically - I had a $10 voucher (for spending a certain amount) and a $20 birthday voucher. At the time I was in store there was a promotion that was “spend $150 get $50 off (and I think spend $250 get $100 off) I had chosen a couple items which totalled to $155 (which would qualify for the $50 off) but due to me taking the $10 and $20 off in this purchase also, it took the $50 off promotion off the purchase. Long story short they made it work and I ended up getting all $80 off my purchase.which they did not at all have to do! They went above and beyond and were all so lovely! I’m sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember their names.but you guys know who you are! All very lovely staff!:)

I didn't like my visit in the store, they a far to expensive yet everyone seems to own a jacket from them, I'd definitely recommend there jackets but get ready to cringe at the checkout, and if not on much income be ready to sacrifice something, they don't have enough Sales, must popular jacket is the HELLA, when on sale it's less than half price, most are I brought my son's there winter jackets there but I just couldn't afford one for me, but feel we are like every store just paying for that tiny name Katmandu, I found a great jacket for myself at Myer better and much cheaper and this was MYER

Love Kathmandu, went to buy another jacket as my 11 year old daughter has taken my 9 year old jacket that is still going great. Staff are really helpful, friendly and approachable.

Awesome! Their jackets are really warm. They’re super amazing. Maybe a little too amazing. I’m actually getting a little sick of seeing everyone in Melbourne wearing Kathmandu jackets. It’s kinda funny. Everywhere I look, somebody is wearing Kathmandu. Even kids.

We came in to the Fountain Gate as complete novices at hiking. We were helped out by Jaime who kitted us out from head to toe in what we would need. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and spent a lot of time with us, making sure we were happy and comfortable.

Was in the shop today waiting at the shoes section for at least 10mins and not once was I approached by any staff to give assistance. And there was basically no other customers in the store. I guess I'll shop elsewhere

The staff was very friendly and showed us what we are looking for and helped to select the right jacket.

There are some good offers especially for the coming winter season. There are thermal pullovers for both kids and adults that are useful for school and office wear.
Puffers are also another necessary purchase to keep warm and to ward off cold and flu.

Fantastic place. Staff are absolutely amazing.extremely friendly and well informed. Made our purchases a breeze and a pleasure. This is the best Kathmandu hands down.

Visited the store last weekend. Excellent customer service in store. Team members are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for my hiking gear. Love the products and friendly staff members.
