Nice and friendly staff. Quality of products are not bad for the price. But not the best in the market. They have seasonal sales and clearance with reasonable discounts.

Visited chapel st prahan store on weekends and we met the most friendly staff Michael. He was nice and very friendly! Michael helped us finding a jacket that we really loved. Will definition come back!
I was served by the most wonderful lady named Lucy. Her mannerism and helpfulness really stood out. I left what would normally a typical big chain store with a service of a boutique. Thank you again Lucy (chapel st store).
I have been regiular buyer at katmandu until last summer. I bougjt" 2 pair short" only to find after several washes the fabric had been glued together no longer had receipts and shorts no good now
Watch out. If you buy a present they will not refund.
Even if you have a receipt. So if it is a present better go elsewhere
