Kangerong Holiday Park

We had a lovely stay at this park, check in was super easy, we also received a free upgrade which was a wonderful surprise after travelling down from Canberra.
The cabin was spacious and quiet. My daughter enjoyed the bathtub.
Restaurants within walking distance and the facilities were great such as the park, sandpit and washing machines.
Family friendly park with a great atmosphere.

I've been in this place 6 times and love the service, and everything will always come again. 1 little thing daddy long leg spiders this time my little one didnt like

Very nice, our regular Family Holiday location. Close & walking distance to everything, good for weekend trips to, I even drop family off, then a week later catch up with them again. I am an on-call 24/7 essential worker. So very hard to have time off.

Even though it's an old caravan park, it's well-maintained. The amenities are very clean. Well-spaced out camping spots with power. A common room with a kitchen and fridges.

Lovely spot, incredibly friendly people and beach, shops and entertainment on your doorstep. It's heaven on earth

Disappointing. Very tight caravan manoeuvring inhibited by other campers parking their cars on the asphalt, that was not monitored or controlled by management, that caused at least one insurance claim and multiple near misses.

Would not recommend this park to anyone. Managers are beyond rude and very unwelcoming. We stayed 2 nights and will never go back there. Never in all our travels have we experience such rudeness.

We loved our stay at Kangerong Holiday Park. Staff friendly and extremely helpful, all the facilities and across the road from the beach. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We stayed there for 10 days and this is what round.
Very helpful staff very kind, especially Steve can you help this and thought of how to do a fishing line in the fishing rod.
The place was very quiet and peaceful lots of birds around first thing in the morning.
The cupboard was very very clean, So it’s all faciliti.
Will definitely be back again.

I had a really fantastic experience of staying at the kangarong caravan park In my vintage caravan for the last few weeks.
The location is handy to McCrae, And the Rosebud foreshore which I was there to do Paintings off and to run my Blooms coastal painting workshop. It’s also right across the road from Dromana beach and safety beach and all the colourful beach boxes. The water is clear and lovely.
As woman travelling alone I felt safe because a security number is required at the gate. Perhaps best of all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Most of the clients there are repeat customers who love going back to the same place. My sites that I was on with variously treed and very pleasant. The staff gave me some great advice about my caravan as well. And help me to hitch on my caravan which is very helpful when you are on your own. They are very patient with everybody and have time for everyone I noticed.
People staying in the park are friendly and nicely behaved. There are plenty of shower blocks and toilets and cooking facilities. It’s right across the road from Dromana
beach and loads of cafes and restaurants nearby so no need to cook if you don’t want to.
Kangerong is also very kid friendly and a safe place for them to play. There is a swimming pool I noticed families used and a sandpit for the kids as well. It’s going to be my go to place when I visit my mum who lives on the peninsula and when I teach there again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay which enabled me to enjoy a very creative and fun time.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very clean and across the road from beach and 5 min walking distance from shops. Holiday park was fantastic and villa was great. Have booked to stay again. Great relaxing getaway.

Enjoyed our stay but when we arrived the host was a very Rude Man. Our site was a dirt patch and when it rained it was a mud heap.
Went to reception and and asked if there was something we could put down from the footpath to our van and was told bad luck as when they travel they always have there own tarps to put down which we had. The ammenities were great. Would not return even though the position was great.

Staff are absolutely disgusting and rude. I am so disgusted on how they treat the kids and my wife. They are not friendly at all. Please do not go here.

Nice park off the main drag.powered & unpowered sites. Amenities were clean.close to all shops in dromana.reasonable rates with friendly staff.

Stayed here recently, staff were friendly park and facilities were clean and welcoming. Would recommend staying here.

Our visit here was really a lovely autumn getaway. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in the beachouse on the grounds. Clean, spacious, quiete and beautiful, gardens well kept, all we really needed. Lyn and Brian were friendly and attentive as was Nigel the maintenance guy - very helpful. Dromana Beach right across the road, beautiful and clean, and amenities all a short walk away. Highly recommended, will be back.

Cabin was clean and decent size. Really great deck and dining area. Staff super helpful. Fantastic location. Great provisions - hairdryer, toaster, cooking utensils, kettle etc. Would definitely return.

We stayed in their budget cabin and it was the best budget cabin I've stayed in. The customer service was great and cabins very clean. Great position, we could see the bay from the bedroom window.
