Our cabin was upgraded with no extra fee. The park is so clean, the amenities are fantastic and the customer service is excellent. I left my tracky shoes, and the owner posted it for free. Lovely Sue bless you. We will recommend your park to our friends.

We loved our stay at this cute little caravan park. It’s an old-school park with cute vans and neat and tidy cabins, which are great for families. We stayed in a 2-bedroom cabin on The Rise, and it was comfortable, warm and cosy. Lovely staff too.

My partner & I & our 2 dogs stayed in a self contained Cabin at Kanasta Caravan Park for 2 weeks. The park is a very short walking distance to many shops restaurants and the Beach. The park cleaners and grounds man keep the cleanliness of the park and cabins at a very high standard, always with a friendly attitude too, always willing to be helpful. We can not speak highly enough of the Park Manager Sue, what an amazing person, with the willingness to help above and beyond, a genuinely caring and friendly nature, so rare. Thank you all so much. See you all next time.

Nice quiet caravan park. Wooden screens near all outdoor seating provides a great level of privacy. Cabin contained all we needed and the shower in our cabin was really good. We stayed in a cabin at the back of the property and felt like we had lots of privacy. A great park.

Loved the weekend getaway, clean, quiet and close to beach, shops, and best of all comfy beds and hot showers. Will definitely be back.

Really nice caravan park and our cabin was great - clean, warm, everything working and spacious enough too. The owner (forgot his name) was really friendly and easy going. Loved the games room too. Very close to the beach in a car and probably 5-10 mins by foot. Will be back

I may be bias but I love the old style caravan parks. This one in particular has that old school feel about it. Even the vans date back to when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s. New clean cabins at the rear of the park and a few scattered amongst the old van but blend in well. Good place to stay as it's close to the shops at rye and of course the pub is walking distance as is the beach.

Just had a great stay at Kanasta. Couldn't have asked for more, very relaxing, great position and the staff there were fantastic and made the whole family feel so comfortable and welcome. Definitely highly recommend. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is under my daughters name but my name is Wendy Orr and booked this place for my mum.granddaughter and myself for first holiday in 3 years. Unfortunately it was an horrific experience from broken toilet seat that my 84 year old kept falling out to then holding on to cabinet for support, my granddaughter nearly fell in (I reported it). We arrived Friday 10.30 at night loud bang lose all lights, ring for help I guided to fix it (back to back) 11.05 another loud bag above my granddaughters head lose all electricity call again. Roughly 11.20 lady arrives want to move us but now we have terrified 7 year and 84 year on walking frame to scare to move at night so lady fixed it but knew there was a problem long night no sleep 7 year terrified. Next day ants everywhere so I’m over it we leave and come back about 4.30 electrical not fixed. Complain wanted some reimbursement not much just some acknowledgment but nothing just nothing we were there 2 days of hell. Even people coming to door, dog barking disgrace

Cabin was excellent, parking was the only let down 1 car per site there were 2 up from us at a site which restricted the area. Highly recommend.

Easy to find, bit of a walk to the supermarket. Uneven ground made parking the motorcycles a bit of a problem, but we got it sorted.

TV remote was missing on check in and was never replaced even after we called and notified management, floor had dust everywhere and bunk beds were terrible. Neighbours in the park kept yelling at eachother as well. Not a comfortable experience.

Budget accomodation for family, cleanliness was beyond my expectations. The room was equipped with basic amenities, kitchenette, microwave. Two double beds including one bunk bed. Good size toilet with toiletries. Dining room with table, chairs and sofa. Barbeque and sitting area outside. Secure private parking. However, focus lights were tripping during my stay in the dining room and TV remote was not working. Close to beach and markets, restaurants all within 500 mts. I will definitely come back again.

A quiet friendly environment. Presumable cabins. Walking distance to the beach.
Easy drive to most parts of front and back beaches. Lots to do in the vicinity.

The cabin I stayed in was really lovely. Very clean and well appointed. The park itself was very quiet, but I imagine it would be very busy at certain times of the year. Sue in the office is such a lovely and warm person and was so helpful. Great location and plenty to do and see.

We stayed in the luxury 2 bedroom cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The cabin looked like it had been recently refurbished. I have only given 3 stars because both beds were extremely uncomfortable. If they get new mattresses, I would give 5 stars.

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, the entire family loved it. Kids loved the PLAYGROUND too. Very close walk to the beach, park, cafés, restaurants and shops. We'll definitely be back soon!
My only winge is:
- °Golf buggy cleaner/driver drives too fast, please slow down as it's very dangerous with the children in the caravan park around those blind bends. My child was on her bike and there easily could have been an accident. °Cleaning under the beds needs more attention, everything else was great.

We already had issues soon after we made a booking for a family cabin online. We received a phone call a week later to be told it was double booked and had to be cancelled then offered a house accomodation. We ended having to pay alot more for a house which we were happy to do but had some major issues which was unexpected for the price we paid. The hot water system was inadequate for the amount of people staying at the house that we had cold showers, also the fridge was working intermittently so groceries had to be thrown out. A plumber was there to upgrade the hot water system the morning we checked out. We were promised a $100 refund which we never received.
