Its a great place where my little one has lot of fun but very small range to eat and that too is very expensive, for example smallest pkt of chips of smiths cost me $5. The prices of pre packed food is outrageous. Thats all otherwise great atmosphere to have fun.

Some parts are quite unsafe.
Lady at the counter is very rude. She was only interested in selling the 2 hour session for extra $2.
I have had 2 parties for my kids here but won’t be going again or recommending to anyone I know.

If you go on a hot day, expect the place to be extremely hot inside. Needs a serious upgrade for air conditioning. Otherwise, the kids enjoyed it, but the heat made it hard for the kids to fully enjoy it. Also needs a better sitting area for adults also. Floor staff were great. Go on the hour (I.e 1pm, 2pm) for hour session from that time.

Recently had my sons 7th Birthday party here. Great venue.really good party host. All the staff were very accomodating. Kids had a great time. Would highly recommend it.

Shop front looks terrible the entry is average. We had our sons bday and decide to go with a party host.
What a waste of money the party host did next to nothing. Other than standing around i expected them to at least play some games.
The kids made there own fun, for $360 take the kids go-karting.

My son had his birthday party in Nov 2018 and had a great time there. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so we had to wait for coffee and food for longer than we expected. But Kevin and Frank put so much effort to make the party goes as smooth as possible. They were so willing to help us. Kids had so much fun there. We will definitely go back

It's a nice looking facility, however it is under poor management. This place is not air conditioned, but there are no warnings stating so, and we were not told upon entrance. The front entrance is air conditioned, so it's deceiving while you pay. As soon as you enter the jumping area, you can feel the dead heat. A warning and/or discount would have been appreciated.

While the jumping was fun, the heat made it difficult to enjoy. The jumping castle and ball launchers were not running. But still, no discount for not being able to enjoy the full facility. The place is also noticeably dirty.

When our time was done, I kindly asked for two complimentary waters, for the inconvenience of the heat and the areas that were not running. Staff denied my request (me, being an overheated mom holding a very rosy cheeked 12 month old), and had to ask her boss. She came back on the phone with him, and handed me the phone to speak with him. He also would not honour my request of just 2 waters. I wasn't asking for iced coffees or chips, just two waters for my family of 4, for the inconveniences we experienced during our visit.

That is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable customer service.

Took teenage children here and they had an awesome time. Reasonable prices also. Highly recommend

I went with my 2 yr old daughter but we were somehow over charged, they charged us twice.when I went back to tell them, the owner said he will check his camera then call me. After a week I didn’t here from them so I went back again and he said he has to check with that staff member involved. I have now spent more money on petrol getting there to argue that they have charged incorrectly and still have not been refunded or given an apology.

Great place for worry free kids birthday Party. My child and guests enjoyed 3 hour jump and play fun with great Party host. Thanks Jumpdeck! Highly recommended.

Had a bad day for my 6 year old's birthday at Jump Deck Lewis Rd. The owner lady was rude, food was cheap, cold and old, the birthday room was totally undecorated except few flat old balloons (I bet they have never been changed for months or years), platers are ridiculously expensive, there is no fun games ect. (there suppose to be a party host, well.) Paying 35$ per kid is totally unworthy!

Good place. Not the best we have seen but the people were well managed and facilities were clean enough.

Well organised with great support from JumpDeck hosts. My son and his friends had a wonderful time.

Great place to bring the kids. Friendly staff and more relaxing than Rush. A little bit cheaper and it would be even better.

IT was great exept for the face there arent enought extra high trampolines and it was paing full when i got my toe stuck in a spring

Pretty good and best thing is its open till late. Just few sections are closed by 4pm. Still one can have fun.

Great venue, well managed. Was a little hesitant to begin with, safety etc. But once I saw how the areas are arranged that was no longer a concern. Play areas are set out to accommodate young children through adults with a blow-up castle, cushion pit, ball pit, jumping pits (individual trampolines), free jump area, and two dodge ball areas. Staff are friendly and accommodating, able to manage young kids.

Very overpriced and not enough parking available. Someone is trying to get rich quick. Coffee was yuck. Kids enjoyed it but my wallet did not. Not on the agenda again anytime soon.
