JUMPDECK reviews
38 Absolutely amazing. The staff and service was one of the best I've seen. My 2 year old was crying and throwing a tantrum when we were purchasing tickets and the lady at the front desk (the wife of the manager?) was especially nice to us and tried her best to make us happy and comfortable.
The food was amazing and hot, the waiting time was bad at all and prices were fair compared to other indoor playcenters. The equipment was very fun and inclusive and engaging for both my children, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place both little ones and older kids would enjoy.
My kids had a blast! I was originally just going to check out some places to bring my 2 year old when he was out of kinder, but now that I've seen the quality of this place, I'm going to be coming here almost every week. No complaints at all, this is the perfect place for kids of all ages.
I'm really grateful to Jump Deck for giving my children the time of their lives. I've never seen them this happy when going to a trampoline park. The party host assigned to us was super friendly and the kids absolutely loved her.
My twins had tons of fun there, they have great equipment and our party host was incredible. Food is excellent at a decent price too compared to other trampoline parks. Owners were super nice to us and welcoming. 10/10, definitely recommend.
Today my son celebrated his 9th birthday at JumpDeck. The party host was rude and unenthusiastic.
Time got wasted when the party host made the kids come upstairs for food and the food was no where to be seen.
Once the food arrived it was cold.
When we pay $750 for a party we expect SO much more. The party platters are over priced and very small, facility had old tacky decorations still stuck up and it was filled with dust.
Over all as a family we are very disappointed with our first experience at Jump Deck and we won’t be returning. I’d recommend spending that amount of money somewhere else for a better party experience.
Don't have kids parties here. I wish I read these reviews before making my booking. I booked without having been there. When I went there to make the final payment, I regretted instantly. You see the "party rooms" as soon as you walk in through the external door. You can't see kids playing from this area either.
When booking, I checked the pictures of the play area on the website and it looked fine. This area was as expected at least. One star for this!
We also had a nice and friendly host. He did a great job at doing everything alone for 22 kids. I think the number of host should be in consideration of the number of kids. It took like full 30 minutes for him alone to bring food out one at a time from the kitchen to the party room. Kids got restless while waiting for the next food and started moving around. One star for him!
The price of this place was just like other places but the party quality was not any similar. I didn't know "fresh fruit" meant one mandarin for each child. "Bag of chips" was one mini bag of crisps per child. Normally, you expect a fruit platter and hot chips when you read this. I also paid $38 for a "hot finger food platter". The size of the plate was like those for individual serving plate. I was embarrassed and shocked that I said sorry to my guest parents.
After reading all other similar reviews here, I am sad to realise that the management hasn't done anything about it for a long time. If they are willing to take the feedback and make some changes, I believe that everyone will definitely be able to have much more pleasant experience there and it will benefit the company after all.
Had a birthday party with kids 6 yra old and the host lady is nice to all kids and they had a great time playing around. The only downsize is that it's a bit easier to get hurt by dodgeball from older kids if mixed together which might be better to seperrate with different age group if possible.
It’s run by teenagers they are not good with kids. They are very strict with kids.
The bathrooms are really dirty not clean at all. Not enough food for kids to eat.
I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here maybe try the Rowville Center.
Got lost in foam pit on my birthday and no one came to help me so i missed out on my birthday cake and BTW i was stuck here for 6 years and counting
- But good place and its a lot of fun
Kids had a great time please take care and keep a eye on your and other kids as there are no safety gates at the front door and I saw alot of little ones just run out on there own.
Don't go there on a hot day, it was extremely hot in the Jumping area.
Some large ceiling fans trying to cool things down.
If you like trampolines, this place is awesome. Prices are much lower than many other jump/ bounce places, but that's because there's actually not much else to do, other than just bounce. My son and I went there during school holidays. Not too crowded, but it was during that humid heatwave. Ventilation is good, but the place heats up big time. Fun with tree dodgeball, volleyball areas, and the cushion pit is fun as well. The ball pit is actually a bit hard and very hard to get out of. I sank to the bottom and nearly got squashed by the next kids, as they couldn't see me. Lots of birthday rooms. Definitely worth going for a try, but one hour is enough.
Our children had a lot of fun, however if you are not allowed to bring food in from outside then I feel there should be food available.
What there was, was an understocked ice cream freezer.pkts of chips and an empty pie warmer.
We had to wait 15 mins for a pie that was scolding hot and there was no hot food for the kids, yet we could see boxes of party pies in the ice cream freezer.
The Children had to have icypoles for lunch and after I had given feedback to the owner, he told me he would pass it on to the owner.
What an insult to my intelligence.
Might have to find somewhere else for the kids to bounce.
This place was OK. I expected better service for the cost of the entry and the Cafe. They tried to over charge me. The Manager (I think?) : she may need to work on her customer service skills and how she speaks to her staff.
Haven't been here since i was 12 but fond memories of a now-forgotten friend's bday party.miss those days when i was younger.but i think now if i jumped on the trampolines, my landing would accidentally cause a false meteor report.but fun times were had.am now severely depressed
Really good facility. Kids will have an absolute ball here and Kevin is a really good manager. We hosted our daughter's 4th bday party and the staff was awesome to deal with. Very helpful.
Kids enjoyed the activities. The party facilities were basic and a little overpriced given the food included was pretty averaged. Staff friendly and helpful, they hosted the party well.
No safety, care more about taking money than care of kids.
Told me i could not help my daughter when she cried for help, even after i was forced to purchase wristband so i could play with my daughter. (3 years old).
Staff are not trained and equipment is dorty.
Worst customer service I have ever come across. Very dirty place! Not so much for kids friendly!
I’ve been taking my son here for over 2 years (since before he was 2). We used to go every Monday. He loved it.
The man who previously managed the counter was so friendly and such a happy face of the business. Unfortunately the past year since the lady (I assume is the wife) has been security and then on the front counter has me not wanting to return. She used to walk around and stare at us like we were doing something wrong.
Then when she worked on the front counter, She would try to charge my 4year old son as an adult. He is clearly under 100cm and a small child. Why try and rip off a regular customer?
The first time I felt was a silly accident, but she tried again the next time insisting he should pay full price.
I no longer take my son there anymore. Which is sad, because we have been going for over 2 years. And he really loved the upstairs playground.
Good fun place for the kids to burn off some energy on a rainy day. Grab a coffee from Hey Mikey down the road before you get there. Food and coffee choices at jump deck are abismal to say the least.
