This guys are the best in what they do. Just don’t expect friendly service because they don’t do that, they only do high quality transmission service. You could call it arrogant, but they do great work.

Transmission was absolutely buggered been through 2 mobile mechanics and one
local mechanics and nothing resolved rang JP Autos got a quote and time frame of 1.5 weeks to Recondition the transmission got a return call on the 6th day to hear its ready come and get it. Best response time and news ever giving our family car another life.
Over the moon and it drives like brand new. Awesome JP Autos you are the best.

Very very disappointed

I asked for advice and got an honest answer that will save me wasting money on my old car.

I was happy to drive over an hour and bring my business here on recommendation of my dealer's service dept but the unprofessional and indifferent attitude on the phone turned me away. Seemed like they were bothered by you calling and taking up their time so best to leave them alone.

Although it took longer than expected, very happy with the work done, I got a new transmission and it works Great! I think it took longer than expected because they are a very busy business, you have to be a bit flexible in expectations of timeframe with any mechanical work being done by any business. They did a great job.

This should be the last place if you have any other options. It took 1 week extra than they said and these guys seriously need to learn how to talk to customers, Very rude and unprofessional. Maybe a very good mechanic but they have to work on how's they talk to people.
I will never go there if I have options.

Reasonable rates for transmission. I would go to them if ever I had another transmission problem.

Was on holidays and needed some help with my Captiva. The staff were so helpful and fitted me in. Certainly made a difference. Excellent customer service.

I have a Grand Cherokee with the ZF8 transmission that is 'filled for life' (of Wtty?) according to Jeep. ZF say it should be serviced every 80k and by their referral we ended up at Pringle.
Result: it drives like new.

Just called up to see if they could help with parts of a transmission. They were purely just rude and unhelpful.
This company may have been good. But not anymore. Steer clear

Great job by the team at J. Pringle. The initial quote I had for my blown transmission yeeted me out of my chair. These guys came in with a much more reasonable price, stuck to the quote, good as new, and they were fast and friendly. 5 out of 5 T-bars.

Their customer service was extremely bad since the beginning. No appreciation of the client at all.

I went to the workshop yesterday referred by my mechanic to check my Renault Traffic Van's transmission and this is my first time to seen the staffs. I explained them a little bit of my Van. Asked me to bring the van into the workshop's car park (I was parked on the street).
After they scanned my car and drive tested, explained me what is happing and estimate costs and didsn't charged scanning/examination fee.
I knew that I have to paid at least $80-100 examination fee in different places.
They have highly skills and knowlages on the Cars and trusty without smiles.
I would 100% go back there to fix my Van once I made decision to replace my transmission.
