Their "Hurricane" products are cheap and low quality, specifically the bar and chains. They last about 10 minutes at best. Go for genuine or Carlton chains.

Great service, good kit in store as well.
I also got a free snag on the way out. Can't go wrong!

Fabulous people to deal with. It has taken all of 5 days to receive the stainless steel drinking bowl. Quick, excellent communication, highly recommend. Will return.

Just wow service! - Ordered a 13HP vertical shaft engine on Sunday night, received in Qld on Wed morning! - Its now sitting in its new home in my ride on - nearly finished wiring up and it will be ready to test!

Not particularly well organised. Lost my order, and when it was located and I came back to get it, someone else's stuff was in the box with my order. Staff were rude and unapologetic, and no gratitude shown when I could have walked out with somebody else's order.

2 stars because I'm satisfied with the quality of the goods purchased.

New chainsaw chain cutter teeth angles from 30 to 15 degrees, won't hold an edge cutting green gum.
